I started lifting 7 months ago,gains started to slows so i thought i should at least try this protein thing. Bought 500g of it, but i can't find a good way to consume it. I put in 50g of the thing inside a shaker alongside 500ml of hot water, drank the whole thing in 10mins. Few hours later i felt dizzy for around 3 hours and almost puked. If 50g of this almost make me puke, How the fuck are you guys eating 100g+?

What flavor did you get? I got the milk chocolate or whatever, it's honestly the best tasting protein powder I've ever had. It's not that it tastes amazing it's just that most other protein powders I've had taste much worse. Especially everything Myprotein makes, it tastes like chemicals.

50 grams is a bit much. I usually put 30 grams of it in a half liter glass, put half a banana in, then add 400ml of semi-skinned milk. Put in in a blender for 15 seconds, ready to go.
also op the whey its self is pretty harmless unless you got some chinkshit whey with contaminates. I doubt your dizzy and nausea spell was a result of the whey powder.

i put 1 scoop in a mug with 2 cups of milk and it never really mixes so i get chunks of whey powder which makes it a little gross to drink sometimes

Push through it because eventually you'll want to chug this shit after every workout to make the best use of your pro-workout anabolic window. Your body craves it afterwards. You stop noticing

The scoops are inaccurate and sometimes get pockets of air in them, and serving sizes are often listed in rounded scoops. The hot water thing is fucking retarded, though.
Three cups of whole milk, one scoop of powder, use a knife to scoop smooth peanut butter to taste. Use a hand blender.

That's why you use milk you faggot, a single scoop is 25g I believe so you're double scooping and then mixing it with water which tastes like shit, get one scoop and mix it with milk, get the bulk of your protein in your diet and supplement with whey.

Literally halve the water, 300ml tops, shake the shit out of it and chug it down. It doesn't even taste bad if you do it right, but you're just adding so much water that it tastes like an african river more than protein shake.

Skelly here, I was using 16oz of whole milk for two scoops, probably not used to drinking it or digesting that amount in one sitting. each time I did it I felt like shit, swore off from ever touching it at times but I’m doing only half now
8 oz of cold water + 1 scoop.
You could also add it to milk.
