lard

pick one

butter
anyone who thinks dietary saturated fat/cholesterol poses any kind of health risk is smoking crack

olive oil, you already get saturated fats from eggs get some monounsaturated ones too.

>still believing boomer diet memes

butter is slightly better. coconut oil is ideal though.

Nigga don’t eat all those eggs. You will surely get a heart attack.

If you're bulking, it's not really important; either is fine.

If you're trying to lose weight
You're better off either nonstick and getting cancer or poaching/boiling.

just break them into a mug and swallow them if youre bulking

takes 30 seconds and tastes like water as long as you dont bite the yolk

but I like boiled and poached eggs...
But yes, no cancer is good.

Aren't you not supposed to fry with olive oil?

No use avocado oil. Healthy fats

Olive oil. Why is this even a question?

And go with egg-whites combined with avacados, spinach or something like that.

False.

Don't fry with oils that contain poly's. They oxidize too readily. I'd avoid frying in general but if you need to, use stuff with sat fats because their lack of double bonds prevents them from being altered except near their smoke point

to clarify. monos are better for you, especially if you don't heat them

>Scooby still produces videos

I thought we scared him off.

You don't need to eat a dozen goddamned eggs all at once, idiot.

I mean doesn't olive oil burn too easily and become highly carcinogenic at frying temperatures?

Say no to homos.

Based and truth pilled

Tiny chucks whose brains say "is natawal is good" will refuse this

>Highly carcinogenic
Yikes

Fug I've been using olive oil to do my scrambled eggs in the morning.

Eggs cook at lower temperatures well.

Depends. Grass-fed or grain-fed butter?

coconut oil

He stopped temporarily then started up again.

olive oil is best for salads and such. you really don't need a lot of butter to prevent the eggs from sticking, so it's not going to affect you too much. easier to cook with too, sometimes the egg will sink through the oil and still get stuck on the pan.

Pros eat 2 yolks a month. Whites are alright. Yolks are a joke.

Butter. It tastes way better. Put some shredded cheese on top too

>coconut oil
coconut oil is filled with sat fat, no way is it healthier than olive oil which has mono fat.

Oil first then add butter. Otherwise with a hot pan, you'll just get some singed bits of butter.
Oil helps the butter melt without changing

I figured out you could nuke eggs and I haven't looked back since.

Fucking spray it with CANOLA OIL and throw 8 eggs in the pan on the highest heat. No salt. No pepper. Eat them within two minutes, with 3 packs of instant oatmeal. Soupy. Dont microwave it long, so you can drink it. Can't waste time. 8 meals. Daily. C'mon.

grass fed beef tallow is better than both
never cook with plant oils besides coconut
butter is only healthy if it's raw and then I wouldn't cook with it eaither as there are valuable nutrients that would denature in the process

any idiots saying egg yolks or saturated fats cause heart disease are decades behind on nutrition and listening to grain/sugar industry shills

besides having roid gains, that guy doesn't really look like someone I would want to emulate
all his features are fucked up and weird looking
wouldn't follow his nutrition advice

olive oil 100%%%%%

Butter, olive oil has a low smoke temp and will thusly smoke up on you.

t. Used olive oil when no butter, mistake

see
Your body uses saturated fat to make test user. It needs sat. fat.

olive oil isn't good for frying because of its pathetically low smoke point. I use rapeseed oil.

Being a fat mammy in a past life, I just use bacon grease to cook eggs.

But keto drove my bad. Cholesterol up 30 points, soooooo maybe not a good idea.

cholesterol is good for you

Fry some bacon and put your eggs in the pan right after. They absorb all the fat and it's delicious

Enjoy your omega-6 cancer, impatient padawan
