Assuming you're advanced? Definitely the first. Unless your whole goal is to pull thots, the investment\return ratio of option 1 is just better imo. We're talking bf% ~20 on a guy with a good frame and face? He is healthy, handsome, and comes across as strong and capable.

It isn't. Learn from Chad. Find the path where you aren't obsessing over calories. Hit more or less your nurition goals over a very long period of time; work out seriously over a long period of time. Do these things while not sacrificing social, mental, or career gains. No one likes a pedantic food cunt. And the difference in women you pull is between 2-4 pts tops on the 1-10 scale. Just fix your face, be healthy, and live an active and public life (make yourself socially available) and you will land a decent woman.

OP specified that this hypothetical body is an advanced lifter. Someone pulling 2/3/4/5 or even just below that at 20%bf will have no problem pulling and keeping a good woman.

This. Sacrifice regularly eating garbage food (but saving it for an occasional treat) to afford more options later in life. Like being able to ride your bike or kayak, while so many 50 year olds move around like 80 year olds.
Once you get later into your lifting life, you can actually eat quite a lot and not get fat
