Eggs over easy on toast with some sausage and sometimes oatmeal. Drink a cup of coffee as well, then wait an hour and a half to two before I hit the gym.

Aren't fried eggs like the most unhealthiest way of preparing eggs? Just hard boil the eggs and swap the bread for boiled potatoes. What is the green stuff, I legitimately can't tell, jalapeƱos? Also hot sauce tends to be loaded with sodium, skip sauces all together, if they aren't full or sodium, they're probably filled with other shit and high in calories. Wash it down with water if need be. Change that green stuff for some broccoli or some other veg. Don't skimp out on a post work out meal either. Have dome chicken and veg

I never once said fiber was bad or even that bread itself was bad but there are much healthier alternatives such as fruit which can provide fiber and more vitamins than bread, plus potatoes are a more healthy alternative. Sodium is okay in a diet but not meant for large amounts. I said hot sauce tends to be loaded with sodium, too much sodium isn't good for you and can effect your weight drastically by retaining more water than what's needed, and again you can get enough sodium through other means in your diet. With oil you can just cook food in a healthier way to reduce oil, like I said with boiling the eggs. There's no need to fry food when trying to diet and if you plan on working out well why would you eat unhealthily? That would just go against what you're working for

The vast majority of people don't have to worry about reducing their sodium intake, they have to make sure they get enough. If you are active your body needs sodium. Limiting your sodium intake without a medical reason is fucking retarded.

You can get enough sodium very easily through most foods, there's just no need to get more sodium than what's needed which can easily happen with things like hot sauce

Anyway to answer your question OP, it depends. If I'm lifting I'll just have a bowl of oats, if its a cardio day I won't eat anything. And then I come home and eat 3 eggs, greek yoghurt, whey, and a protein bar.

I'm unironically I tried raw eggs just as a meme for a few days and every time I tried to go back I just didn't enjoy it. Eating 6 cooked eggs makes me feel sick nowadays, whereas I can drink 6 eggs and feel fucking fantastic, feeling simultaneously full and as though I hadn't eaten at all. Honestly I'd bet I could drink a dozen eggs and eat a 1lb steak easy.
