Soft boiled is the one true path. Dash of salt is all that's needed. Pink salt is a meme, but I like it.

Full disclosure. Got the bitch surgery. Stomach is small as shit. A single whole egg put me in agony for 20 minutes. A single egg white is my maximum.

Start them in cold water, bring up to a boil and boil for 1min, turn off and let it sit on the water for 7-10 mins and then peel them under cold water

Most cholesterol shit posted on here is a pure meme. You should avoid big amounts of saturated and trans fats, not cholesterol from eggs. An average egg contains 1.3g of Saturated Fats, which is negligeble.

I'm personally about the calories. I'm trying to stay under 200 a day. I do not give a shit about collateral. I just want something that is filling, cheap, tastes good, and provides enough protein and energy to get something from working out while cutting from lardo.

It's easy for me, just boil some water and put them in for 5 mins, cool them off/peel them under some cold water. done.

I tried a new strat I saw. Throw 6 hard boiled in a zip loc. Beat the living shit out of them, throw in some water, shacked, 6 clean HBEs
