>hard boiled egg white >$1.29 for a dozen >17 calories if you ditch the yolk >4 grams of protein per white >fills you the fuck up >amazingly low calorie intake while having a shit ton of energy all day for cutting
The incredible edible egg of the chicken is proof that not only God exists. That he also loves us.
I've just been using either a dash of salt/shiracha/onions sauce, what are other tasty condom-mints that enhance an egg white devoid of it's yolk?
>hard boiled wrong.gif >ditch the yoke yikes.jpeg Soft boiled is the one true path. Dash of salt is all that's needed. Pink salt is a meme, but I like it.

Full disclosure. Got the bitch surgery. Stomach is small as shit. A single whole egg put me in agony for 20 minutes. A single egg white is my maximum.

Is there a way to make multiple soft boiled eggs at once without some of them cooking drastically more/less than the others? I love soft boiled but I always mess them up
Parker Diaz
This. Why would you dictch the yoke? It's literally the most nutrient part of the egg.
Start them in cold water, bring up to a boil and boil for 1min, turn off and let it sit on the water for 7-10 mins and then peel them under cold water
Thomas Richardson
people are afraid of the cholesterol meme, when in fact eggs only increase your good cholesterol
Austin Lewis
Most cholesterol shit posted on here is a pure meme. You should avoid big amounts of saturated and trans fats, not cholesterol from eggs. An average egg contains 1.3g of Saturated Fats, which is negligeble.

I'm personally about the calories. I'm trying to stay under 200 a day. I do not give a shit about collateral. I just want something that is filling, cheap, tastes good, and provides enough protein and energy to get something from working out while cutting from lardo.

It's easy for me, just boil some water and put them in for 5 mins, cool them off/peel them under some cold water. done.
