Trying to find a definitive guide for the perfect split for someone on a cycle. Something that will take full advantage of the heightened recovery and takes into consideration which days to do compounds and isolation depending on said rest time.
Anyone around here able to point me in the right direction as to where I can find a guide like this?

on roids = anything works, recovery is much better so you can train harder but you don't even have to
natural = limited recovery ability, meaning there's a limit to how often you can train
full body isn't better than any other method of training.

Brosplitters are DYEL as fuck, you just think theyre arent because 99% of the gym population does one, and therefore there's more roiders in that pecentage who make it look as if its good, but the vast majority (talking 95%+) of brosplitters look DYEL and are weak.

check natural bodybuilder interviews and you will see that all of them use brosplits even the ones that don't use them now made all their gains on bro splits Eric helms and 3DMJ use bro splits on many of their clients, all of them natural bodybuilders.
