Problem with Starting Strength

Can't do Starting Strength because my squat and deadlift form is shit. Also I can't dip because I'm weak af.

I need to work on proper form, but there are still exercises I can do and enjoy doing, like bench pressing.

Should I stick with SS while only practicing for proper form in certain exercises, or do another program?

You didn't read ss did you?

> my squat and deadlift form is shit

One of the major tenets of SS is teaching you proper form. Also, form/technique get constantly refined over a lifter’s entire career...it should be an ever-evolving improvement, there’s no need for it to be perfect from the start. Get under the bar and start lifting with 100% intensity and focus.

where is this from?

I don't doubt it's helpful. I just don't think very many people read it when the program seems so simple.

need to pirate this again and install the latest HIP

That is where most people fuck up.
The only issue is that the final phase has you deadlift once per 2 weeks and squatting 6 times.

What mod(s) are these?

I didn't even know there were phases.

I'm honestly thankful for SS it taught me really how to take advantage of my shorter limbs with leverages.
Not only that, 5'6-5'10 is the best height range for the domination of social situations.
This is because of the "subtle alpha" aesthetics the shorter man always gives off. The shorter man will always dominate through his "style", his "sleekness" and most usually through his intellectual power. Taller men can not pull this off, so they have to dominate in a much "in your face" and "raw" way

It includes a bunch of submods, such as SWMH which makes the map 100x better

I think it hasn't been updated in a while tho

this got me thinking. back in the day, england was raided by norwegians and the dutch, quite a lot. you think the world would be a much different place if anglos got obliterated by nordics?

Yeah man it is a pretty good program for beginners with low gpp.

I just love creating Gigachads through Warrior Lodges, this dude has sacrificed his eyes and limbs to the gods and is still a better fighter than 99% of all characters.

literally updated a few days ago

Anglos were Nordics

Not really.
At that point us Anglos weren't really that far removed from Nords ethnically, culturally or linguistically.
It'd just be like a different set of Germans settled the Isles.

yes, but what I mean is that they could have developed in a different way. as far as the dutch were basically the same as anglos, norwegians differed quite a lot.
lots of them were pagan at the time too, in contrast to getting ever christianized anglos.

Wasted digits. Of course the world would be different if major historic circumstances changed. That's a really stupid question.

Really, how hard is it to just squat and deadlift like you aren't completely retarded?

yes and I was wondering how different it would be. just some loose thoughts

god i hate deadlifting, it's so boring. i'd really rather just squat a bunch

>smart enough
