Go to memories, tap the checkmark with the circle in the top right corner and select the snaps you want to download. Then tap the UP arrow in the bottom left corner and tap "save x items" and vola it's all in your camera roll

There's multiple phone numbers you can call to get quick support but they're all hidden. Staff has a lot of weird activities like goat yoga and crossbow shooting at work.
