5'6-5'10 is the best height range for the domination of social situations.
This is because of the "subtle alpha" aesthetics the shorter man always gives off. The shorter man will always dominate through his "style", his "sleekness" and most usually through his intellectual power. Taller men can not pull this off, so they have to dominate in a much "in your face" and "raw" way.

Going for the strongman aesthetic. Just have to get strong first.

Cut first. You can lose 50 lbs this year while gaining muscle with 220g protein a day and a big deficit and high frequency training.

I actually am on a cut and have been for about 2 months. I peaked at 287 in December and losing about 1 lb/week with IF but might cut even harder soon. Looking forward to warm weather too when I can bike to work, about 15 miles/day.

Also switched to 4-day routine a month ago from 3-day. I haven't used protein powder in the past but I will probably have to on this cut to hit my needs.

Definitely get your protein up. Maybe even lift 5-6 days a week if your body can handle the recovery. You sound like you’re gonna make it if you keep pushing through and modifying your lifestyle to your goals.

Even though I don't consider myself strong I still lift too much weight to do 5 or 6 days as a natty unless one of those days is just forearms and abs or something. I would like to start swimming on rest days too.

I’m the 6’6 guy who posted above you. I’m natty and lift frequently and intensely as my body is capable of. I don’t plan off days but I will take one when my body is begging for it during my lifts. I can go more than 7 days straight some weeks.

what part of 6'2"+ was lost on you?

I do SL 5x5 + 100 push ups/day, pull ups, chin ups, curls, shoulder press, and a few other bro lifts. why are my arms so fucking small?

Attached: cbt-14-2-19-167lbs.jpg (941x1187, 61K)

everyone looks like shit ITT kek. lanklets are fucked. 5'10-6'1 are optimal height for aesthetics.

I'm not so sure...
Let me check real quick.

Hm, maybe 2 inches? If my math is correct.
That's what was 'lost'.
Hope this helps. B-)

Attached: 5A81EDB0-10D0-47EC-A40D-EF72D96821B9.jpg (750x1334, 131K)

my legs have always been highly disproportionate, they grow like crazy while the rest of my body takes its time
again I've only been lifting for 3 weeks, it's not like I'm never going to be able to reach a 225 bench

Nutty that you can squat over 3 plates in 3 weeks desu

yeah, idk how to explain that other than weird genes
only train for 90 minutes 4 times a week
but i mean the pic shows the disproportion pretty well

You don’t compete. Bulk.

I can tell you don’t compete because nobody who does walks around at their fight weight. I fight 185 and walk around 205-225

Clean your damn mirror

True but bulking for me takes a lot of work because I fucking love to train and I prepare my own meals so nothing is mega calorie dense. Think if I bulk 10lbs it would give me a significant power increase in my strikes?

Amateur Boxer here, you only get a few hours before fight to weigh-in. So i usually stay my Fighting weight (180 to 179)

You're better off perfecting technique rather than trying to get more muscular for power.

Attached: usykbellew32.jpg (2500x1806, 465K)

misread that you are new to your martial art, whoops. What do you do?

I dabble in Thai boxing but have a background in TKD. I used to be around 200lbs when I did TKD but I felt sluggish for all the footwork I needed so I cut down about 20lbs. There’s less need for all the footwork in Muay Thai but I dig my increased speed

fpbp

Bulking isn’t hard you’re just bad at it. Yes 10 lbs makes noticeable difference, and you can gain in the same time frame that you improve your skills, neither is a detriment to the other

You can literally get better and bulk at the same time, bad advice

Because of injuries from vehicle accidents in the past, I no longer do the big 4 other than flat bench; which I’m probably gonna be phasing out of my routine due to nagging wrist injuries. Bench 315 for one, 19 reps of 225.

No specific arm routine other than compounds with a few bicep and tricep isolations thrown in after. I do a lot of pull ups and heavy flat bench. Routine isn’t as important as consistency and pushing past limits.

Thanks. Start cutting for summer and you will look great.

Looking good, arms long as fuck cuz

You’re robably fatter than you think you are. I thought I looked good at 230 until I cut and my whole perspective changed.

Looking good but keep bulking.

Good forearms.

5'11 188

Should I do a 4 week cut this spring or keep bulking very slowly through summer? I'm going to Hawaii in late November, so I kind of want to wait until October to cut.

If you really are Seth Rogan you should have no problems finding a good trainer

Do your facepull mate jesus christ

6'2" manlet making the cut and reporting for duty.

this shit is pedantic to be honest. I've not seen too many 6'10" guys with a deep squat, but 6'3", 6'4"ish guys can have leverages such that they can pretty much do everything in the gym well and bodies that can hold mass for strength/power sports. if you're 6'3" and can't get what you want out of the gym, maybe you have shit leverages, but the thing is you cant have shit leverages for all of the big 3 lifts simultaneously.

height never an excuse except when it is and we're talking guys pushing 6'6" barefoot, it depends on individual and lever lengths

You should go back to /plg/ twink

6'3" 88kg 18yr

Any tips from you big chest guys, how did you grow it? I just started doing cable flyes and incline paused DB bench so hopefully that helps. Need to fill out my upper chest.

Lookin good brah, one thing though, is it the way your standing/lighting or are your pecs and delts uneven? Glad to see others suffering with the plight of zipper abs too.

please don't compare me to that jew manlet.

My left shoulder is always a little bit shrugged up, so I guess it makes that pec look a bit shorter. Could be a bit of bad lighting too though.

I don't mind the abs. I kind of like how zipper abs look as long as they aren't really disfigured.
