The hell do I do? I dont want to make fat gains, but still want my protein (and theres like 32g of it per slice in the pizza she got). Pizza is like my Kryptonite, I love it but hate it so much.

I had pizza tonight as well. With a wife and two kids there are going to be busy nights where you just have to grab food quick to feed the whole family, I wouldn’t get bent out of shape about it. Do as much meal prep as possible, eat pure Jow Forums making it food for breakfast and lunch, and prep some frozen stuff that can be easily warmed up for dinner if you really need to avoid a cheat meal. Keep healthy stuff to snack on as well, if you know there is a pizza on the way, chow down on some carrots or Greek yogurt so you aren’t as hungry and don’t binge on pizza.

B-but papa Jeff said if I have cheat meals, I lose all my gains!

It's called Lose It!

The app is meant for weight loss, but I use it to track my macros and calories. It's great because you can just scan the bar code on any food item and it will automatically fill in the nutrition info.

It's not perfect obviously, but it works great for me.

It was some guy who had typed in the wrong info hence the mis-spelling of "Caesar's" (just noticed that btw). On the app I use, official nutrition info is confirmed by a small check on the logo. I should've checked, thanks for noticing that.

The app isnt shit, but you can use other meal info that other users have made. Official confirmed nutrition facts is confirmed by a check. Refer

Why are we all so afraid of pizza? The macros really don't look so bad to me. Cheese, bread, tomatoes... none of these things are especially scary on their own.
