Btw, this ending is kinda on the good side of moral compass, I mean, worldwide equality, peace and ultimate prospherity for reshaped humanity.
My first ending was the Chad killing (almost) everyome and turning insane. I knew where things were going in that choice menu, but I wanted to save the best for last. Its not as great as the true ending, but its almost there.

This exactly kind of situation of what you clarify as mind in the first place. Heard of Theseus's boat? This is applied to your mind too, like your body constantly loses and regenerates its cells, but is still classified as yours for simplicity's sake. I highly suggest trying SOMA videogame, it really tangles with concepts of body and identity in unexpected twists
Its the same thing as calling GMO foods harmful on the basis of them being modified - when whole agritecture was altering genome of plants for thougsands of years.
I cannot say for sure, as it is a situation of "be careful what you wish for". But I do personally believe that this ending is superior to alternatives. Its very similar to Helios ending from Deus Ex, and I do believe that a species governed by AI is the brighter future.

You're sure right, except one little caveat. Where the fuck is human equality in the first place? Where the fuck was that human equality in countless wars where rich and wealthy drove millions of innocent people to death just to stay on top? Where is equality now, where in our "democratic" society the most of political space belongs to people with money, just because they can pay for advertisements and connections? Just think about that too.
I personally assume that Saya's species started in the same manner as we did. But they simply had much more time to develop and find alternatives to the problems we face right now, and in this regard, they're much wiser too.
Its just my take on the story, but nothing in the game directly supports or opposes my theory.
