Self-loathing alone isn't going to cut it, you need another motivator to help you lose weight which is physiologically easy enough. Taking in fewer calories is easy enough, sticking with a plan is a lot harder. I'd suggest joining a program. It's all about motivation.

user, fuck dieting. No, seriously, fuck dieting. Eating a small salad at lunch is not what you should be doing. You need to exercise and get your metabolism up You may not want to go to the gym. That's fine. Do pushups and situps in your room. Run in place. Stuff like that. Set a schedule and work toward getting it done If you cant do a pushup, just plank (IE hold yourself up with your arms in the pushup position) Instead of situps do crunches. Move yourself as far as you can in the situp position If you don't want to run in place, go for long walks outside if you don't want to run outside either
