1.5 scoops of your pic, 14 fluid oz of milk, 2 tbsp of peanut butter.

just mix oats with chocolate protein powder and water, put it in the fridge overnight. drink in the morning after lifts, it's basically like cold cocoa wheats or something, bretty good.

Blend handful of oats dry first into an almost powder, then:
2 scoops (double choc)
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp psylium husk
2 tbsp peanut Butter
2 cups whole milk
Can also add a banana
Comes out at around 1000 calories, goes down super easy, tastes fucking cash. Gotta drink it fast with the psylium husk but you can leave it out, just gives you good shits.
Put it in oatmeal, but mix it in when it's warm, not too hot. Don't mix it in then microwave it or it will curdle and it's gross. Make a shake with milk and put it in whole grain cereal.

Super easy chocolate peanut butter oats. You can add whatever nuts you want or increase the ratios and it will still taste good.

Same but I use nesquick 50% less sugar and mix with the milk to make it chocolate milk. And my protein is cinnamon flavor. Taste amazing after you throw it in the freezer for about an hour.

I also use it instead of milk or water when baking. Basically, pick any cookie recipe, cut the sugar down by about a third (most protein mixes are sweetened) and add a little water to reconstitute. It can sometimes be slipped into recipes without milk, but add a little and do a test batch first.

what this doesnt show you is that the shake will be larger than 1 glass, its most likely 3 glasses
