eat less

Eat less, buy a chin-up bar and do as many pull ups and push ups as possible. Monday/Wednesday/Friday do pull up/push up routine along with sit ups, Tuesday/Thursday do some low intensity cardio.

implying this thing can do a single full rom dead hang pullup

I can't do pullups but I can do like 10 push-ups in a row :(

I bought an elliptical and a pair of 19lbs dumbbells. Can i do some routine with that? I'm down to anything that doesn't require gym equipment or bars. I tried to do a pull-up once and I couldn't sit or lay down for a week. Felt like doing 100 abs in 2 minutes.

Keep trying, my dude. When I started I was in the same boat, but I trained with body weight exercises and was amazed the first time I was able to do a full set.

Don't let where you're starting intimidate you, because you have to start somewhere to get to where you want to be.

If you can't do a full pull up, start with negative reps.

I'm reading about it. So I'm supposed to put my head over the bars and descend? Just like a reversed pull-up?

Planks, start at thirty seconds and work your way up from there, or till failure.

Burpees shouldn't be an issue, and then pushups, dips, etc. with jumping jacks in between whatever you do

Just do everything in here besides the pull-up bar one

And make sure you do at least 20 minutes of cardio every day so 20 minutes on the elliptical should do fine. If you want to burn off some more weight you can do up to 35-40 minutes of elliptical but no more.

You can also consider altering your diet slightly.
Cut out soda. Stop buying snacks. If you're thirsty drink water, and if you want to burn some extra fat put a slice of lemon or lime in it.
Look into the keto diet and some breathing exercises for learning how to breathe when doing workouts.

Most importantly have patience. It takes a long time to see the progress you want. This is building a steady routine like brushing your teeth. Getting slim is not an event to pass through once, it's a constant maintenance of your body. A lot of people starting out usually have the wrong mindset when wanting to get a healthier body.

Thats pathetic but because of where youre starting youre going to see progress pretty quick my guy so get to it

bruh, eat breakfast and lunch but no dinner, learn to be happy with being hungry, youll lose weight fast AF

Also as a side note: I only say to do at least 20 minutes of cardio as that is the amount of cardio needed to begin lots of fat burning. If that looks a bit challenging, you can work yourself up to reaching it. Try 20 minutes every other day until it becomes easy to do each day as a habit.

Thank you. I'll check that video. I eat a lot of home made food. Don't have snacks usually but I'm sure I'm eating on a surplus and I can't quit soda but I'll try again. Thank you very much. I also don't have problem with breathing properly.

put the fork down

Not gonna lie the only people I've ever seen who can't even do ONE are extreme skellymodes. And girls of course. Every skinnyfat and chubbier dude I've ever known has been able to crank one out, usually two.

I eat both but I can't get a proper schedule to eat lunch because of college. Also, if I get hungry by the evening could I eat a shit ton of fruits?

I do cardio like 2 times a week around 15 minutes with moderate intensity (going with the beat of Eminem songs kek) but in the past I was able to do 30 to 45 minutes increasing intensity. I'll try that again.

if it's anything after mmlp then kill yourself

Well fuck you. Bro.

top cuck

I realized I enlarged my boi but that was because of the liquify thing in Pixlr. I feel okay with my dick. Not that I wouldn't like it to be a little bigger

facepulls

hahaha benyz

Start with australian pullups and progressivelybmake the exercise harder by being more and more level to the ground

Then do eccentrics and shit, you can throw them in for good measure

Would also recommend getting bands to help, making sure to use a band that doesn't make things way too easy by provides a little help

Fast. You'll even save money.

Diet and walks would be a staple.
For actual exercise, there are plenty of free, decent quality calisthenics apps out there that are super forgiving with progression of intensity and won't require equipment. A few exercises will probably require a specific setting or something that you might not have access to but don't fret, just skip those ones because skipping a couple of exercises is better than skipping them all.

1. eat much less
2. get yourself some of those steroids that everyone is using
3. do calisthenics

Stop shoving everything in sight into your upper cock holster
