You should be more worried about the sugar.

Think of it this way: An estrogen molecule is like a jumbo jet that attaches to the Jetway of an airport. It discharges passengers into the terminal, which is suddenly a busy, noisy place. Phytoestrogens, being weak estrogens, are like small, private planes with few passengers and no cargo, yet they still occupy the Jetway after landing. When phytoestrogens occupy the cell, normal estrogens cannot. Plant estrogens do not eliminate all of estrogen's effects, but they do minimize them, apparently reducing breast cancer risk and menstrual symptoms
Onions isoflavones activate your body's estrogen receptors, proteins that detect the presence of estrogen and carry out effects such as changes in gene expression. However, isoflavones do so more weakly than your body's natural estrogen. If estrogen is absent, isoflavones weakly activate the estrogen receptor, mitigating the effect of low estrogen. If estrogen is abundant, isoflavones interfere with the activity of natural estrogen, limiting the effect of high estrogen levels. Since the structure of isoflavones is similar to estrogen, isoflavones may decrease your body's production of estrogen and increase the rate of estrogen degradation due to feedback mechanisms that control estrogen levels.

>The results of this meta-analysis suggest that neither onions foods nor isoflavone supplements alter measures of bioavailable T concentrations in men.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20378106
>The intervention data indicate that isoflavones do not exert feminizing effects on men

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11880595
>These recent studies in men consuming basedfoods or supplements containing 40--70 mg/d of onions isoflavones showed few effects on plasma hormones or semen quality. These data do not support concerns about effects on reproductive hormones and semen quality.

True if big.

wow so im good to finish this bag of cereal?

I've been drinking a litre of basedmilk and a block of tofu almost everyday for a year and have zero gyno

I literally have this in my room. No onions, but there is 12g of sugar for every half cup.

>s-oy protein isolate
>so-y lecithin

Is there ANY product out there with either of these two ? Ever since I've started avoiding so-y, all I've been eating is meat, eggs, butter and peanuts. So-y is even added to peanut butter. Wtf why ? Is the a global conspiracy to weaken men ?
I'm not even Carnivore or ketofag but I'm being forced to consume shit load of meat to meet my Calories requirement. Fuck so-y

>not one but two s-oy products

You’re fucked

Realistically it probably some kind of cost saving measure over some other product. The only ingredient in whatever peanut butter you buy should be peanuts by the way.

If that pic is true, it explains everything.

I'm saying that isn't a good ratio of calories to protien, if one wants to add protien to their diet. Some Greek yogurt and bananas or something would be a lot better.
Also granola is retarded expensive.
