Heart palpitations

I went into ketosis and got heart palpitations after cheating on valentines, then I went back on keto and still have them violently. I cheated tonight due to stress (easily 3500 over my TDEE)

I’m seeing a doctor about this, but I’m afraid to fast. I ordered 12 MREs (~1300 cals each) that arrive tomorrow, and a bunch of cigars that are meant to help reduce hunger

I’m thinking of eating an MRE a day then when I’m out I’ll move on to the cigars/fasting but it all depends on if my heart violently rumbling all the time and skipping beats has to do with keto

There are some good reasons to try keto.
For one, being addicted to carbs makes you feel like fucking shit when you're withdrawing from them. Anxious and craving feelings.
Second, running off fat provides a stable, clear-headed energy source that lasts all day.
Worth it for everyone to try at least once imo.

Everything you are getting in the multi isn't being absorbed all at once together, and some of it doesn't get absorbed at all. If you aren't eating other foods that contain that stuff like veggies or potatos(not fried and including skin), it's not totally surprising.

How are you in any way deprived of vitamins and nutrients? Carb heavy foods have the least nutrients of any food group you tard. You cans till eat vegetables just not starchy ones or fruit.

And it's more sugar withdrawal than carb withdrawal. Have you seen the study where sugar activates the same areas of the brain as cocaine. Plus it can take like 1-6 weeks before your body gets good at metabolizing fats leaving you feeling shitty from low blood sugar. A healthy human can survive off fat though its in our biology.
