What foods helped you the most in gaining weight/mass?
What foods helped you the most in gaining weight/mass?
Peanut butter is criminal in how calorie dense it is. That shit should be treated very carefully, it is too powerful for daily bulking
Canned tuna is like 600+ calories if you drink the oil too
>peanut butter
>oatmeal
>mangos
>sweet potatoes
>walnuts
>salmon
>eggs
190 is 2 tablespoons of jif. 190 for one tablespoon is absurd
Sure if you like mercury.
Milkshakes, peanut butter and my addiction to homemade smoked meats
I take selenium so thats not a problem
Not him but it's pretty well known tuna has a bit more mercury in it tha. other foods. Not enough to really do anything, especially if you don't eat it multiple times a day, but it's there.
Red meat you bitch whore
white rice
Mozzarella

Is 2000 kcal a day allright if i’m cutting and have a 1800 BMR? I see people here going as low as 900 or even 500. Isn’t that just detrimental?
Are we talking about just gaining weight or do you want most of it to be muscle?
Because if you just want to gain weight and you'll take whatever muscle which comes with the fat gain then you should start pounding soda, gorge yourself with mixed fats and carbs (eg doughnuts), and end every night with a pint of hagen das/ben n jerries
Milk is demonstrably unhealthy.
no
>Drinking the lactic jew
Yes that's probably alright. I wouldn't cut with a very big cal deficit because at some point you'll start to burn muscles.
def not true
(obv depends on source tho)
>olive oil
>milk
>condensed milk
>nutella
asian and/or negro spotted.
>drinking vegetable oil
Cuck
Oats with milk and peanutbutter mixed in.
That shit will blow you up big time.
Get the fuck out of here.
I been on a peanut butter, brown rice, bananas, and milk kick lately. Kind of need to slow it down though...I've gained like 15 lbs in 2 months with my carb macros around 450. Some days I hit 500.
Fucking love oats. I add in cinnamon and sometimes this breakfast blend that kind of tastes like strawberry bisquick to kick it from getting boring.
>gain weight
what the fuck is the point of this again?
get fatter?
just eat quality food that preserves positive nitrogen/muscle balance that's all there is to it, gaining weight for the sake of it is a waste of time unless you're too lean.
What should I consume if I want to gain muscle user? in my late 30's and thin
it's in olive oil
tuna also has enough selenium to offset its mercury content. Mercury warnings on tuna were originally for pregnant women only and have been blown wildly out of proportion.
385 kcal per 100gram
This nigga eatin acorns
>hangs out in the park with his friends
>doesnt fight the squirrels for their precious gains
are u even trying to make it?
>drinking vegetable oil
this is actually a good way to gain weight (fat) though. PUFAs like linoleic acid (found in large amount in soiBEEN and cotton seed oil) do not trigger reverse electron transport and thus cell-local insulin resistance (via superoxide), which in turn encourages over-eating.
Yeah I should get the fuck out of here with my facts hey
I do contract work in a water treatment plant that pulls activated Selenium from the water way because it was causing birth defects in fish in Montana
Protein powder.
Just... Works too well apparently.
Overbulked. Need to lower the scoops.
