I used to think this before picking up boxing
Then I realized how I severely lacked work load.
I bet you can't run a 5k either if you only do 3 lifts a day.
You gain and lose strength depending on what areas you train in. If you become a marathon runner or pick up a high stamina exercise like boxing your gonna get better at running but now that means you cant do the same high volume lifts you did before. It doesn't mean you were unhealthy you just picked up a different standard of being healthy
