I take it and I don't really feel a big difference, I'm not depressed tho

did feel a difference in self confidence. Not with every brand I tried.
Don't think this shit will do anything for your depression

it doesn't do anything and if it did the things it claimed to do, the fda would've bothered taking a look at it

I would take 500mg a day of pure powder and it helped a ton with social anxiety specifically. Literally felt like a tight knot I always had in my stomach but didn't even notice till then would relax entirely and I would be much more at ease. I don't take it anymore since I have overcome that anxiety.

It works.

Pretty much cured my baldness and gave me a growth spur (6'5")

Do you remember what brands did or didnt work?

This is what Im hoping for. How long did it take for the social gains to kick in? Im autistic enough the way it is. Social anxiety on top of that basically makes it inpossible to have a fulfilling social life.

Congratulations, you've been successfully shilled.
>Although commonly used as amedicinal herb inAyurvedic medicine, there is no conclusiveclinical evidencethat it is effective for treating any ailment.
It does fuck all

where did you get this bullshit from, nutritionfacts?

This is what nigger medical institutions tell you so you avoid natural treatments and take their pharmaceuticals instead.

Participants received treatment for 60 days and were assessed by a modified HAM in addition to various biomarkers. A significant dose-dependent improvement in all major
outcome measures was observed when compared to a placebo control. This manufacturer-funded trial raises concerns of reporting bias by its authors, who are also employees of the company. Participants and dropouts reported no adverse or withdrawal effects.

At week 6, 15 of 17 intervention participants were classified as meeting criteria for response, with only 8 of 16 control participants showing response (p=0.026). Differences in raw score changes for all instruments (HAM, GRS, SAFTEE) tended to favor the experimental drug but were not significant at the 0.05 level in any case. The validity of results is questionable considering the small sample size (n=39), a dropout rate of nearly 50%

They're more the company funded trials, the ones that once told people smoking wasn't harmful, but yeah da Jews etc

I took two of these after one didn’t seem to be enough

Spent the whole next day in bed with no energy to do anything. Although I did feel pretty relaxed. Might start taking it in the morning so I can actually wake up.

Ksm66 makes me sleepy and anxious,
But organic root power with +30 nofap and other stuff like meditation, blackout currains, cold approaching, Blueprint decodes, Power of now, rhodiola, 5 years of nosugar ect.. puts me in weird "sex bubble" where i feel massively entitled, grounded af, easy to talk to everybody, source of good emotions in enroviment and just get in a Flowstate daily where everyones eyes are on me and can do and get everything i want.
Just bliss, love and other high vibration shit Power vs Force book talked about.

I bet this is why most of the greates men in history were in celibacy. I used to be cool child but went through decade of betacuckhohumm phase that adaptogens like ash and perika st johns wort helped to get put off. Put it in test and gain your own experiences.

Theres no one magic pill or solution, but when you spend years to tune your diet, influences, sub-consciousness and habits, its possible to feel like you have taken NZT-48. I say its our natural state but gets interrupted by this society that is build on escapism and low energy.

tried it, helps at frist then just makes shit worse, which is the case with ALL nootropics.
if someone is reading htis and considering going down the nootropic spiral, trust me just stop. it will just lead to shit getting worse, all the idiots who claims it works for them have all forgotten what its like to be sober. not to mention a lot of this shit hasnt been proeprly tested and will probably cause cancer at some poiintttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

Running is amazing for brain gains.

I hope this is satire, you seem mentally ill

Is 300mg of KSM66 good enough or I need more?

its not a nootropic

perfect

Made me feel vaguely at ease. Stopped I felt slightly off.

Rhodiola had a definite stimulating effect but drained me after a while and took days off emotionless recovery. It's funny because that's what it's supposed to cure.

5mg of lorazepam is good for your cortisol user also improves sleep, so better gains.

>Its supposed to lower cortisol which would translate into higher T

are there people who actually think human biochemistry works like that?

why does shit like this never kick in right away: he medicinal herb appears to help lower levels of cortisol, a hormone produced by your adrenal glands in response to stress. More specifically, daily doses of 125 mg to 5 grams for 1–3 months have shown to lower cortisol levels by 11–32% (2, 3, 4).

Moreover, 500–600 mg of ashwagandha per day for 6–12 weeks may reduce anxiety and lower the likelihood of insomnia in people with stress and anxiety disorders (3, 5, 6).

Honestly, where do you people even come from? Seriously, what the hell's the matter with you? Do you not know there are medical journals and multiple massive indexes to search them? Come on man, get into pharmacology and stop saying stupid shit.

>Bought from walmart
Depending on the brand, it may or may not be garbage. To my recollection ashwagandha will grow practically roadside in its native climate. Need to make sure you have a good source harvested at the right time.

Frontier organics is one that comes to mind. I have a local herb shop fortunately.

I microdose Psilocybin and found a huge difference in my train of thought. Take the mushroom pill anons.

Made me the laziest human on earth. I would take it, lie down on the sofa and stay there for several hours. Even doing a youtube search felt like an effort

>He got withania somnifera'd
Somnolenced.

Helps bring down cortisol levels if they are too high.
It stops "working" or having any noticeable effect after you are leveled out.
Every month or two I will take one tablet twice a day for a week. It takes the 'edge' off and thus reduces anxiety.
Any other benefit is a secondary effect, reducing stress/anxiety will fix most mental and some psychosomatic issues.
The only side-effect for me is an increased desire to sleep in after waking up. I usually snap out of bed without an alarm.

Organic india is amazing but expensive
Now foods is cheap and fairly good
Ebysu is really good and a decent price

Spring Valley is iffy, you have to take a lot of it to feel anything and it's so subtle. It sort of creeps up on you.
It may even be placebo.

>are there people who actually think human biochemistry works like that?
I do because it does. Cortisol lowers circulating testosterone and its inhibition causes a backlog of testosterone.

>inhibition causes a backlog of testosterone.
Mum pls, stay off the computer you're embarrassing me

Is that it? Is there anything else you would like to add to your post before I explain to you why you're a complete fucking retard who has no idea what he's talking about?

I have ksm66 from Amazon (apparently the only kind you can trust). I take it before fun events bc it definitely works as an anxolytic(?) for me.

What improved my mood the most was taking 2g vitamin c a day.
