Here's a tip from a guy who literally made himself insane. Try not to think about being nervous. Seriously try to forget about how you are feeling right now. Your thoughts will start to spiral out of control and the nerves will increasingly get worse. Think of stuff like I can't be stressed bc it will stop me from doing x important thing in my life. You have to really fear losing everything you hold dear bc the anxiety is too much and you wont be able to think. Try to stay calm as it gets even worse. Eventually you'll get a panic attack and if you do this enough it will become chronic. Have fun, and try to forget what you just read. Bet you can't because you're sacred you'll remember and feel nervous again.

Ok Ill give this a try. Do you think people go through anxiety episodes because it always feels like I am either feel nothing or feel anxiety. Kind of like a cycle I guess.

can you tell me any more about this, user? through repeated exposure i've got a lot better in the types of situations which can trigger an attack, but once one starts i can do nothing but gtfo and wait for it to pass.

Clutter your house to shit
Slack off on personal hygiene
Fap at least 2 times a day
