Yeah sure man you can also eat unlimited bacon too but only if you no fap

yes alcohol doesn't contain carbs.

>tfw no baby girl

Yes you can but if you cant handle not sucking down the liquid jew on your diet then you're not gonna make it.

Fuckin kek

imagine your life if you looked like this

I wouldn't recommend some drinks. Beer does in fact contain Carbohydrates normally. If it's somehow low carb, then maybe, but that is more up to your discretion.

I wouldn't be such a ridiculous tacky looking tramp if I had that body.

Ur the reason everyone thinks people doing keto like diets are retarded

Would be quite a shitty life mate. Only constant struggle makes a man successful. Pretty much all those 10/10 college Chads end up being miserable losers by 30

If it's not sugary shit. Just be ready for a lot of piss beer and liquor that you can only chase with diet sodas.

Creepy pedos my grandparents age trying to pick me up sounds like a shitty life desu

>Hating on Chad
Chad is based bro, and most have intelligence to go with their physical and social aptitudes.

>and most have intelligence
Except they don't. They just enjoying easy glory from their looks, so they don't really need to apply themselves and it leads to nasty surprises when they get older and looks don't matter that much anymore

Would suck, I'd literally have no life, I'd just sit at home masturbating the entire time, (even more than now).

tfw handsom as hell and high iq

I know it makes you incels so angry

You're body prioritizes processing alcohol before everything else. So instead of producing ketones you're liver will divert all resources to ridding the body of alcohol ever if it has no carbs like vodka. And if you're liver isn't producing ketones. Congrats you kicked yourself out of ketosis.
Don't drink alcohol when cutting you idiot.

I would drink rotten milk from her asshole

The answer is no because alcohol gets doubly oxidized to acetic acid, a carb. So you’re out of ketosis while your body is processing all the alcohol

But to look at the bigger picture here, ketosis makes zero difference in how you lose weight. It just shifts the intermediate calorie steps around, but the end result is exactly the same

HOWEVER, alcohol is hugely caloric. A shot of 80 proof hard alcohol is like 80 calories. Getting drunk is basically consuming an extra meal. This is the reason you shouldn’t be drinking when losing weight, but because it momentarily takes you out of ketosis

Cheat day drinking 2000 calories in alcohol alone and another 2000 in tacos at 4am.

you mean taking steady dick?

Liquor or red wine.
Other alcohol has carbs/sugars

You can have vodka and other high % stuff. No beer or crap with sugar and carbs.

Also, your body burns booze first. So while the shit is in your body you aren't burning fat.

>counts as a meal
fine by me as i doubt i’ll be up in time to eat breakfast

Grain alcohol and Arnold Palmer zero Cal my boy. Gettin fucking blasted on Saturdays and wrecking the whole gym with drunk retard strength, then taking a day of rest on Sunday to honor God.

also prepare to get shitfaced FAST on keto

drinking alcohol without carbs in system fucks you up fast

Meme. 1oz of ethanol is 1oz of ethanol. It'll absorb faster but so you need to be aware of your pacing but the bac is the same.

Fulfilment through struggle only applies to men. Women aren't built that way.

>handsom
>hi IQ

Not a meme, fructose in particular, shares much of the same digestion pathway as ethanol. Less fructose -> more substrate to break down alcohol

Alcohol doesn't fit the traditional macro structure. Depending on what you've eaten and how much you've eaten, it can eat like either a carb or a fat.

An occasional drink on keto is fine, and while I wouldn't worry about tracking it in your diet, if I had to I would treat it like a carb in most cases.
