I suspect our goals are different but I usually pyramid down rack pulls to failure starting from my DL max+10% followed by farmer's walks once the pyramid gets about to the point where the heaviest dumbbells you have about match. Do after 225 rack pull to failure, 100 lb walks per hand x3.

I’m trying to get as lean as possible right now while looking muscular and aesthetic so I want to cut as much fat as possible. My lifts are pretty high so I feel like I should have a good amount of muscle underneath - I already look good in clothes but hate the visible fat when I take them off. What kind of lifting would be best to preserve my muscle while running at a severe defecit? Goal here is aesthetics not strength.

Nah, I never was fat, but was very lean and agile due to combat sport training, running and chalistetics. After that went on some brosplits, then got into pl and olylifting. Nowadays mostly alternate between pl and oly routines, with some armwrestling training.
