Before and after progress pics
I know I'm still DYEL by our standards but I'm amazed by how far I've come, thanks for the advice faggots, I'd be nowhere without you.
Still a long ways to go, post how far you've come to inspire others

Great progress. You used to be an absolute skeleton
what's your routine?
Don’t delude yourself you’re not dyel. You look great bro, great progress for two years. Definitely mirin
Good face gains too, though I can't share obviously
Thanks brahs, that really means a lot to me! I'm not stopping now though
I fucked around and had no idea what I was doing for the first year, then started my own dumbass strength routine for about half a year. The last 6 months I've been running my own modified PPl and I've gotten insane results for a short time.
I've posted in the past. Took a break from lifting for a month or so but I'm back at it.
6ft, 177lbs
Should I cut or bulk? Kinda at a standstill.
For clarification I'm 6'0''(183cm), left is about 140lbs(63kg) and right is about 160lbs(72kg)
And how many kg did you gain since 2017?
Impressive
Either cut more or just do a slow lean bulk. You wouldn't want to get fat again.
>The last 6 months I've been running my own modified PPl and I've gotten insane results for a short time
Post it here then. Miring your progress
yall are hawwwt
yeah share ur PPL brah
Y
This
Tell me about your face gains. Did you do mewing?
>I'm 6'0''(183cm)
Lol no. Not if you only gained 9Kg. At 6'0'' you would still look like a skellington at 72kg.
t.6'1 81kg skeleton
Yeah, I'm thinking cut too. I still have some love handles. If I were to cut, thinking around another 10 - 15 lbs should be good? Then go for a lean bulk?
I'd say so. You already look way better than you did before. And it's most definitely only going to get better.
Good luck
I think I was about 135lbs(60kg) in 2017, but I wasn't tracking back then. My first year was just me doing curls with dumbells haha, I didn't do actual lifting until I started going on Jow Forums about a year ago
Somewhat, and I think that helped. I also started chewing gum and using 3 pieces at a time, it wears out your jaw but does help. Also just genetics man
Alright here goes. I made it myself and I've never used a pro plan before, so I can't vouch for it being backed by science or anything but it's worked great for me. I wrote SetsxReps below, in case that confuses anyone
PPL
ABCxABCx
A - Push
Bench press 4x8
OHP 4x8
Dips 5x10 (or until failure)
Tricep extensions (laying on bench) 4x10 (or until failure)
B - Pull
Pull ups 5x10
Chin ups 5x10
Barbell row 4x8
Bicep curl Fx10
C - Legs
I care more about strength than aesthetics for these muscles, so I do low reps higher weight
Squats 3x5
Deadlift 1x5 (with lots of warmups)
Calf raises or sprinting
I just had a physical last week, results said 6'0'' and 161lbs. I'm very tapered, my lifting buddies always poke fun at my "bodybuilder" shape, skinny around the middle and wider at the top
Thanks for the advice/tips. Much appreciated.
Thanks man, y-you too.
not dyel; you look great bro
no homo btw
...unless you want
I’m surprised the routine is so simple. I’ll save this and try it out when I get bored of my current routine
natty?
>mirin
What does this mean
>inb4 new
I know I am
Damn wtf, looking like a Florida Gym Chad now
>mirin
Short/slang for admiring.
A 'no-homo' compliment.
Shot today.
this dude in this picture looks like your brother, is he?
Holy shit nice nigger
>ABCxABCx
What does this mean?
Thanks man. Will try
the letters are the workouts, x is rest day
>tfw we are ushering in a generation of fitizens who never knew zyzz
Good job. Get LASIK, change haircut, stop being a sad cunt and keep lifting
LASIK?
Each day corresponds with one letter. On the first day or Day "A", you would do the Push routine. On Day 2/B you would do Pull, the on Day 3/C you would do Legs. "X" just means a rest day.
So on my routine you would do Push, Pull, Legs, Rest etc
I wish I had those fucking shoulders haha
Great progress! What was your before/after weight?
You guys are too nice to me haha
Sad, but Gen Z is a bunch of skinny faggots who need this knowledge and help
fuck I am 5'11 and have pretty much the same weight, but look less thick than you. Are your legs skinny or is it just my genetics?
Really like your routine, will this be a good routine for a beginner?
Thanks user
SW 320 lbs, CW 220
nah LASIK is shit, wait for artificial lenses in like 5 years
What does your friend group consist of? Other gymbros, good looking guys or super average Dyels?
I did it when I was 28 and my only regret was not doing it earlier. Waiting to drastically improve your life is retarded
yes its good for a beginner, there arent many exercises and volume even kinda low not bad. Just make sure you do the lifts properly and keep the load progression in mind
My legs are pretty thick, like I said earlier I have a strong taper so I weigh less than I look. It may just be genetics, but try a bodybuilding routine and you may see some changes!
I would suggest doing strength training first. You could potentially run this program, just with less reps/sets, but for now you really should focus on the big 4: Bench Press, Overhead Press, Squats and Deadlifts.
That's fuckin impressive, keep it up!
It's pretty varied desu. I've got a guy who's one of the highest possible belts in Tae Kwon Do and has abs of steel, but not much other muscle development. I also have a manlet friend who looks just like Gimli but more handsome (Short, long hair, beard etc) and is an olympic lifter with zero aesthetics but a great attitude. Aside from them I generally work alone or talk with casual acquaintances.
I wouldn't say any of my buddies are too good looking and they're pretty DYEL, but I wouldn't trade them for anyone else!
Mirin. I'm a 65kg 5 ft 8 skeleton. What are your lift numbers bro? On the big 4 and add Barbell rows and dips numbers too if you can thanks
hmmm kinda looks like you hopped on a sarm or something... its like the perfect half-natty look
This is mine,
I look slightly better than right now as its been 4 months since, more bulked up though
I'm 6ft and 168lbs, he looks thicker than me. His proportions look more like a manlet than someone 6ft, narrow with short upper arm length.
Thanks, one less fattie I have to look at. Good job.
you ever tried working chest?
Damn dude that's awesome. It's almost too good to be true of a routine but hey, if it works! Congrats
Wow you escaped smelly mode, incredible. What was your beginner routine if I may ask?
Nice progress
Post legs
>t. 6'3" 86kg skeleton
5'10 manlet here, genuinely impressed with your stats. I still get shit about being your weight but being tiny af. Maybe one day I'll escape this perceived dyel hell
>smelly mode
Looks pretty white and non-indian to me
Not too impressive, for the sets/reps I mentioned -
Bench 145
OHP 85
Squats 200
Deadlifts 220
I can do a shit ton of dips, so I normally do them at the end for hypertrophy. I used to do weighted, got to like 20lbs before I switched to the new plan.
Full natty. I use creatine but no SARMs, no gear
Very nice, keep lifting and make sure you're eating a lot of food/protein
What would you suggest?
Amazing progress for two years, keep it up bro. What are your lifts like?
>timesxdays
Shower 1-3x7
Is that the painting of Napoleon
You look like a kid, but nice work
>it's another "manlet lies about his height to anonymous strangers online and doesn't post legs" episode
good fuckin job dude. I'm training for fighting but damn thats some great results. Whats your routine if you don't mind me asking?
>tfw same height
>weigh ~10kg more
>slightly higher lifts but always used lower rep ranges
Pretty jelly that you're bigger than me, I guess the hypertrophy meme is real
16 on the left, 17 on the right, but im 18 now, thanks brah appreciate it.
Was autocorrect or my finger placement was wrong, need to read before posting
I can almost promise you he's not bigger then you, and is tensing as hard as he can, in good lighting, after a pump, not showing anything or anyone else for scale.
Th is roughly 2 years of on and off lifting with a 50# weight increase. Kinda fell into a little depression in November but just got back into it a month ago and nearly back to my strength -10# so looking pretty cut. Even if you miss a month or two you can still get back in it bros. We are all going to make.
3 years of calisthenics, 115 to 160 pounds
>people say they are skelletons at 5'8 +65kg
>I am a 5'9 turbo manlet 58kg Nito king of skelletons
>pic related
>look like a 9th grader even though I turned 18 6 months ago
Do I really look that famished?
Good thing I started lifting and have been doing some bodyweight training for a while. Am I gonna make it bros?
is this bait?
lel
is this in kg?
my lifts are higher yet i dont have half the muscle as you
Lol only your lats are slightly bigger and your bf% is higher, the rest is the same.
>70kg @ 183 cm
>looking like half-natty
how the fuck are you the same weight and height as me you look twice my size. I'm not fat at all either
Post body haters
how do you have energy to do ohp after bench? i always feel exhausted in my muscles if do both exercises
Why 5 years? Are they releasing a new type of implant lens that are better than the ones we have now?
>skellymode to the quintessential chadbod
Not bad at all
left is before lifting at all, right is from last september (~6 months into lifting)
made some decent gains but got pretty fat, currently cutting
Is that in kg? You do OHP and Bench for 8 reps every set?? Bruh I can barely finish my 5x5 lol
The fuck kind of week got 8 days in it?
Train core and stop doing bicep isolations
Eat more than what you're currently eating
mirin' the proportions
Lift some weights
>Do I really look that famished?
Yes. Eat more zoomerfriend
Good brogress. Keep it up.
Proof that calisthenics dont do shit
t. Brainlet
2 years. 5’10. 63kg to 73kgs. Still depressed but no longer a skeleton.
>mfw my university free gym is most convenient
>only 20kg dumbbells
>no barbell for benching
>shit loads of smith machine
Should do bench press with smith machine
Should I*
And why my palm hurts when I bench press? I feel totally finally with dumbbell bench press
post body
Which routine? 5x5?
lifts/stats pls?
I think I look about the same
Lost 102 pounds in about 2 years, going for 18 more. Lost 50 of it in a 4 month spurt because of really good diet and working out 6 times a week doing a lot of cardio.
>read the numbers before the dates
I thought you were bloatmaxxing at first hahaha 218->320 permabulk god
a bodybuilding ppl a friend made for me
the screenshot is outdated, i tweaked it quite a bit since (added lat pulldowns, lateral shoulder raises and shrugs / removed some things i didnt get any results from) but u get the general idea
plus when i feel like it i replace 1 arm deads/goblet squats with the "real" deads/squats
Why did you put the after on the left?
Well done, user. I'll be looking forward to see you in another thread with more progress.
cause i'm autistic, duh.
>has nearly no muscle but fat
>cannot do more than 2 pull ups
>mfw messing around in the gym and play with all the free weight
>3-4months
>165lb 5’7” ~20%bf
>8 pulls up now
copying some buff dude rountine now but still weak as hell. Somehow benching barbell hurts my palm so I use dumbbell instead, last time I could do 55lb x 2 8rep 3 set, what do I do now? Keep doing all the weights and eat a lot protein?
