How do I safely do an extended fast?

so, I've been doing 16/8 intermittent fasting for the past few weeks and I really like it a lot.
I have a question regarding breaking a fast though:

I've heard that you don't want to mix carbs and fats right away (something to do with your cells taking in the fat with the carbs), but how long should I adhere to that? say I break my fast with some chicken, how long after my first meal is it safe to consume fats and carbs?

I've been drinking some bone broth and then, usually, eating some tuna with a bit of hot sauce. I fucking love it. sometimes I eat a bit of chicken too. I just started IF, so I'm still not really sure what is 'optimal', but these feels good so far.

I've also been working out towards the end of my fast for maximum fat burning and it just makes everything taste so much better.

Long story short, eating a little will keep your insulin just high enough to lock up your fat stores, while the body sees no alternative other than reduce your metabolism to not break thermodynamic law (that's also why simple caloric deficit doesn't work). Combine this with the HGH spike you only get when fasting and the autophagy response of sweeping out your shit cells and NO FOOD comes out a clear winner.

72h is literally the worst it gets, that's how long it takes for most fatties to enter ketosis (ie. when your body is actually burning fat for fuel), but after that is smooth sailing since your body is using mostly fat and there's a lot of it in you. So if you're giving up before hitting a 72, you might be just redoing the worst part of the fast over and over again.
If you're inching closer to single digits bf%, long fasts are not needed and suck because your body actually thinks you might run out of fat and die.

If it hurts when you piss, could also be related but usually its from not drinking enough water (bladder is super acidic), some kind of disease (usually interstitial cystitis), or the beetus.

What is the appeal of fasting for longer than 16 hours (like fasting for days) when you can just take T3 and a stimulant like ephedrine and caffeine and lose 2-3lbs of fat a week while eating whatever you want?

Literally i eat fast food every day now, especially the big king XL and i do some cardio and work out, and im losing 2-3lbs a week.

Why go through the suffering of fasting when you can just take supplements like these with no downside?

No, you are burning fat just not as efficiently as keto. Think of it like a ratio. Days 1-3, you lose 3 lbs and 50 percent of that is muscle loss and 50% is fat loss. Day 4-6, you lose 3lbs but instead only lose 25% muscle and 75% fat.

I'm pulling these numbers out of my ass but hopefully you get the idea. Keto is a way to burn more fat so your weight loss is more efficient

It happens but only if you are losing 30lbs or more a month and even then its 50/50. Go see a doctor if you are worried, stick to ADF if you are concerned. That should be enough to keep bile production normal
