I think I need to get an EBT card or get on WIC. I am possibly going to be homeless in 3 months but I cannot increase my hours due to some of my time going into school work. Also got pet medication I need to pay for, my parents got laid off with no retirement plan, and I need to pay off one of their cars. I cannot get my old job back before I went to school so I have to rely on my part time job to keep my head above water but its not going to.

But all the fuckers in my area are white trash retards who are also struggling but they get keep getting pregnant... also try to stay on the good side of the law. The less offenses you have the easier it is to get a job. Try to find some sort of factory job. Those pay good and they’re pretty easy to get. But if they’re arent any in your area your probably gonna have to suck it up and get two jobs.

Unless you have a specialized minor or you've got a 4.0 then you're gonna struggle to get a good job afterwards. If you're still in school, network as much as you can, and work on boosting your resume.

If a company has to decide between a comp sci major who just graduated, or a dude who's been in IT for 3 years with just an A+ cert, they will often choose the A+. Saving money is important for corporations, and right now you're a dude with few qualifications, but you cost 50% more because of your degree

Yeah, I plan on going to job fairs as soon as I have stuff to put on my resume. You can probably understand how desperate my situation is getting and because of this I spend more time outside of school trying to teach myself some new programming languages on my own so that I can start making my own apps.
As for my degree, its not actually called computer science. Its something called information science. Only reason I chose it was because it takes the shortest amount of time to get this degree as a post bacc student. Also, what does my grades have to do with getting a job? Employers look at that stuff?
