I think it is because I am so disproportionately good at back squat. I have embraced trex mode. My diddles could probably be higher but I've just now started to get confidence in my form.

well farmers walks are mostly for your forearms and traps. But doing some Olympic style lifts would defiantly improve your squats without actually doing squats.

We all start somewhere...right? This is after about 2-3 weeks of Greyskull, I started with the bar on all lifts

Just get used to doing the lifts then add more weight as you get more comfortable doing it. After a certain point try to find a program you like. If you're getting sore just remember that it will eventually go away and you'll stop getting sore.

After a while you'll just feel it in the morning. But if ever stop working out for a month and instantly get back into it, you're going to get hella sore for a whole a week. You're doing good though, keep it up.

Lifting about 9 months, been slacking lately. Need to grab a belt for pullups and increase my deadlift a heap (it's currently 20 behind my front squat, and 6 kilos above at my best). Fuck I hate deadlifts.

Blah. I've had no change since last time, but I am doing this on a diet (500 cal deficit) so I don't really expect to progress too much if at all. Only doing Squat Bench and Deadlift. Based off my last three lifts. I'm doin'g 531 FSL so this is based off the AMRAP set.

Oh yeah meant to add. I was 215 when I started 531 last June. FOr the past three months I've been bouncing around 205 to 207. I weighed myself on Friday and finally got below 204 weighing about 203 and change. Goals is either 175 or 180.

what exercise gives you colored calves? I and everyone else posting always has them uncolored

well not everyone now that Ive checked through the thread, a few has them colored, but majority doesnt

so I did some testing on it, looks like you have to enter push press, front squat, back squat and deadlift to get your calves colored
if you miss any of those calves will not get colored

fuark, ok, so theres many different combinations for colored calves then
its just that the most common combination back squat, deadlift, bench, ohp +chinup/pullup/rows doesnt show calves so most posting here dont have them colored

Assuming you have good technique: press more often, do more volume, do some raises, try some variations (I like pin presses and z-presses). Gain weight.
