Also maybe. Either way situps fucking blow. Just keep your core rigid when you do real lifts and then maybe do some hanging leg raises and front squats.

Sit ups are a waste of time. Do actual core exercises

Ab roller or myotatic crunches.

use your abs not your chest

Normie who desperately needs to improve core but focuses mostly on situps here. What are the best core exercises? I just want to improve.

Starting strength is absolutely the best for core building

Yes, not enough sit ups.

>cable crunches
>hanging leg raises

Suitcase deadlifts.

Ab machine crunches till you increase core strength then incline ab raises

Is this the same trap posted in the other thread?
Would smash.

There is no point in doing "core" exercises of you're doing deadlifts.
Why do you want to grow the muscles of your core anyways? It throws off that sexy V taper and turns you into fridge mode

>why do you want to strengthen muscles and look powerful?

@SMeriweather on twitter, bros

nope

it's a biological women

Just use ab wheel

Yes you’re doing sit-ups

Yep

plank
leg raises - hanging leg raises
russian twists - landmine twist
plank - elbows first, then walk up to your palms. almost like a push up, then drop to your elbows again.
L-sit
toes to bar
wall plank
flag ones, like dragon flag

>Am i gonna die bros?
yeah, eventually... but probably not soon

Deads, squats, bench, weight pullups, walking lunges, weighted dips (with right acromion type).

If you said core when you actually mean abs, all the above still applies, but gymnastic rings will work your abs like nothing else.

Sounds like you pinched a nerve.
