Yes. There is no faster, easier or cheaper way to gain a lot of mass. But GOMAD without lifting will just turn you into a fatass. Do SS.

I had a similiar frame as him when i was underwieght. I look normal now.
When I first started working out I did GOMAD for about 3 months. I went from 70kg to 80kg which was largely water weight and fat, but I was lifting regularly so there was some muscle and strength gains too. It's a good way of getting used to consuming more calories than you currently do. That was a few years ago, these days I just eat big and train regularly and I'm almost 100kg with relatively the same bf%.
You could safely aim for this.
You don't even need to drink a gallon of milk a day like in GOMAD, really though you should be aiming for a minimum of 4 pints a day. That's basically a tall glass of milk with every meal and one at some other point during your day if you stick to 3 square meals.

You don't look like you're 6ft. I'm 5'11" and look like this a few years ago but with more fat. Could be delusional, but after almost a year now, I look like this but with a little less muscle and more fat. Didn't change my eating much desu. Just lifted weights.
