Thanks. Usually I do about 20 min treadmill and then the circuit room they have. Try to do a little bit of abs then walk a few laps and sit in the steam room about 10 minutes.
I feel too intimidated to use other machines though, but I think I just need to get over that, learn how to use them and just do it.
