I've been following my own routine for like 2-3 months which is based on TM.
I try to do a PR 5RM for each main lift every week and if I dont get 5 reps I just repeat the weight next week.
I have made nice progress (for example squatted 130x5 late november and squatting 160x3 now) but this week I haven't made any progress at all.
Not only that but these PR sets feel hard af like theyve been getting harder each week.
I try hard (eat healthy food,eat at least 2xbw in kg grams of protein and sleep at least 8 hours) like ive always been so its not related to that.
Should I deload or change routine?
