testosterone levels are closesly tied to total carbohydrate intake. a protein heavy ray peat diet would be a diet in which you ate at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight (not much more), and two grams of carbs per every gram of protein. you would religiously avoid pufa, and keep your total fat intake relatively low (20 - 25 % of total kcal). you would also increase your total caloric intake quite significantly. this is literally the best advice you will ever get on the topic. vitamin e, if you can find a good source, will also increase testosterone, as will d3. other supps are most likely bullshit or at least not worth your money. if you can tolerate gluten, eat it, but check ingredients of everything you eat for pufa. i'd also eat whey desu, it's a good protein source and most people can handle it. however, from your bloods, it does seem very likely that you have a tumor. you need to take this seriously. gaining a bit of fat, which isn't even guaranteed, is nothing in comparison to the health problems associated w hypogonadism

Thanks for the reply man. Currently carbohydrates makes up around 5% of my daily macronutrients. I take Zinc, D3 and Vitamin E also. I have whey protein. I suspect I have a gluten sensitivity so I tend to stay away from grains and wheat entirely. Thanks again for the reply, I'll definitely do some more research. you are a good user
