Deadlifts

I'm pretty new to deadlifts.

I work out in the morning and every time I do deadlifts I feel fatigued and pretty wiped out for the rest of the day. Not the usual muscle tiredness you get after a workout which is healthy but having a large lack of energy.

Is this normal or will go in time when my body gets more used to it? Or am I over doing it?

Probably your CNS getting fried. Working out in the morning doesn't make a whole lot of sense, especially if you're doing heavy stressful moments like deadlifting.
You probably won't get used to it much over time, as you'll most likely be progressing faster than your CNS can keep up. I'm deadlifting 220kg/5plates (which isn't a whole lot, I know) and after performing the exercise, I'll be pretty wrecked. RDL are even worse.
How often are you performing deadlifts? Could be lower back fatigue if you're doing other heavy compounds throughout the week. I try and only deadlift once a week, since I like to go heavy (for me).

With, say a bicep curl, you mainly use the bicep.
Deads are great for hams and back but work damn near EVERYTHING.

Stay hydrated, make sure you have proper form and you'll be okay. Bodies are adaptive.

Everyone's first few deads leave em on empty.

Eat more.
Also stop posting thots.

Not OP but depending on your weight 5pl8 is really impressive user. Don't let any DYEL's online tell you otherwise.
>keep up the good work

The key to success is comparing yourself to others. I'm motivated to be among the best and so a 5plate deadlift isn't impressive to me. Anything sub 600lbs isn't.
And I suppose it didn't really take that much work to get there, so I didn't feel like id achieved a big goal.

Thanks for the advice brah, only deadlifting once a week as otherwise I would really be over doing it for my recovery. And 220kg is good mate I'm doing less than that but have only recently started deadlifting.

>take longer rests
>do some cardio before deadlifting (quick push ups, bicycle, battle ropes)
>hang from pull up bar and gently rotate and lift your knees to fix spine

Ignore him, moar Lana

my gf has no ass. what kind of workouts can i force her to do to improve just a little bit.

is it normal that Im feeling sore on the quads and lower back after a deadlift session, and not the bacl hams or ass?

This guy is correct. CNS fatigue is a real thing. Push yourself but don't over do it. Recovery is an important aspect of lifting, especially in the long term.

Pretty new to deadlifts too and I get the same thing. Its because deadlifts require a large amount of energy and utilize many muscles. Im always super lightheaded and see stars between sets, especially if Im going heavy (for me). But if im doing a lighter weight for reps, its not too bad

Can be but it might very well be an indicator of poor form

>Is this normal
Yes, deadlift is one of the top most taxing lifts on the CNS
>or will go in time
Reduce, yes. I can lift 3x5 plates 5 days a week but if I try a new PR of just a couple kg it'll take me 4~ days to get back there
>Or am I over doing it?
Most people suggest deadlifts be done 1 or max 2 times per week. I strongly disagree but I'm a weird exception to the rule

Hip thrusts, single best targeted glute exercise

Normal but take note for your weaknesses and keep it in mind when worrying about form

I know you dont have a video so you cant imagine but what is the most common mistake during the deadlift and how to adress the problem? lack of mobility or nonproper set up

I want white shariah to be a thing.

I used to fap to her but then stopped after her latest surgeries and the fact that she was disgusting me too much because of the numerous videos she's done with black guys.

people posting these types of pics on fit need their fingers broken

>most common mistake during the deadlift
Not enough hip drive and the hips being too high
Defranco has a video on youtube with the best cue for deadlifts I ever heard- Shoulders slightly in front of the bar and knees, then push your knees out into your elbows slightly before initiating leg drive- this forces almost everything into perfect condition and is something I still use at 200kg+

What the fuck is white sharia

i used to put my hips too low and it was destroying my quads, literally was the only reason to not finish a set, they were sore af

I don't beat it to anything newer she's done, but prime Lana might be my favorite pornstar. Shame that she got implants and took the fucking Bogpill, because she was fucking incredible.
