My hair is extremely oily, and my scalp does not sting when i use a half diluted vinegar with a splash of tea tree oil so what damage can it do becodes get rid of the oil to a better degree?

one issue with oil is you might be washing your hair with shampoo too much
shampoos and soaps strip the oil off your scalp, and doing this too much causes the scalp to produce more oil to compensate, doing the opposite of what you want
try washing your hair with shampoo twice a week with a shampoo made for sensitive skin free of SLS
absolutely never use head and shoulders, that shit literally causes balding

I had a very oily scalp/face tried a fuckton of shampoos and other soaps until I used a sulfur based soap, my hair is way stronger and increased the volume drastically. You'll get used to the smell, not bad, in fact. 10/10 recommend

If you have dandruff try Jason shampoo. Its all natural and wont fuck your hair like hs. It also has rosemary oil which helps with balding

and use these things less often. i feel like people use head and shoulders or t-gel people don't notice an immediate difference so continue using it which fucks you up. i know that t-gel is shit for you, but it's the only thing that works for me and i only use it once every 1-3 months just to "reset" everything.
