These are a tiny dose. I prefer MWF with THSSn being my off days.

BUT, even if tolerance builds to it (I find difficult on a dose this small because it metabolizes within the day) and it becomes placebo like, I'd still go ahead and take it to psyche myself into that mindset.

If you have trouble focusing (getting in the zone or w/e) a microdose cuts the focus time. Just that in itself has cut minutes off of all the time I take between sets.

The tolerance thing is more for those who want to abuse it or use it as food (why? They taste okay fresh) to cook with so that you don't burnout and become so open minded your mind falls out.

Idk the exact numbers, but if you eat 3 dry grams and trip one day, if you want the same effect the following day you'd have to eat 4, then 7 the next day, 10+ after that and onwards. All to get the same dose strength as the first day.

I believe you have to double the dose to get the same effect and honestly if you need to trip again that soon you didn’t take enough the first time. You shouldn’t want to trip for a long while after a good one
