Fastest way to get rid of all bloating/water weight?

Fastest way to get rid of all bloating/water weight?

I have a group cosplay I’m doing where I wear a morph suit and after getting off keto by eating MREs for a couple days I literally gained 14 pounds. I look like shit in the costume now and the event is on the 23rd.

LONDON

fasting

Sauna
Cardio with impermeable suit

Already starting on it.

Should I drink a gallon of water a day for two days then dry fast the third?

Also I have pneumonia so it complicates things, but I think I’ll still fast despite what ppl tell me because honestly I’d rather pull off the costume and end up in the hospital than embarrass everyone and make it out otherwise unscathed

No saunas near me

take a cold shower it'll make your skin tighter

>eating MREs for a couple days
>cosplay
shit, i must be looking at myself here, or at least what Jow Forums is

Well I do have loose skin and I’m using a compression tank top to fix it but I’m so bloated that I still have a massive gut while wearing it even while trying to suck it in

The only treatment is hot beef injections. I'd be happy to administer, if you're in LONDON.

Holy shit that's some crazy inflammation

I’m not going as a girl and the “event” isn’t killing a goat

It looks similar to what I’m going through. I have a shitload of loose skin from dropping from 330lbs.

When I’m in a fasted state I’m 174-176 pounds, in keto I’m 180-182, and right now I’m 190.

Dont they make skin colored wraps?

I have a compression shirt that’s meant to hold everything in and it’s failing

Yeah you've got some wicked food sensitivities you need to get checked out.
The MRE's are shit quality food anyways so that's probably what it is

Sensitivities? I’m not sure I follow

I mean, I’ve gone several months bouncing between 174 and 183 to the point that I don’t even know what my “real” weight is.

>meme diet
>lose mainly waterweight
>lose some lean mass also
>go off diet
>water weight comes back on
>more of a fatass than before

Fuck off and never come back

Being sensitive to certain foods will cause variable amounts of inflammation in your body, which will lead to impaired weight loss and water retention.
Main suspects usually tend to be in the onions/pea family, dairy, wheat, legumes, and sometimes even nightshades. Try going through an elimination diet to determine what foods are more likely to set you off, and go from there.

I literally lost 150 pounds on keto alone without even fasting.

I got a test at the doctor a year ago that said I was only sensitive to shrimp

What

Bumping out of desperation

get some mild laxatives get rid of intestine blaot
get some mild diuretics to get rid of the water weight (birch tree leaf tea is super effective).
And overall don't eat, but do drink

Is this all okay with my pneumonia

fuck off lauretta

if you're ill, don't do this, go get treated and fucking skip the event. Especially if it's pneumonia, which is rather lethal if left alone.
Or just yeah, sure, do – if you're retarded enough to even consider going to that event to spread your germs and possibly kill yourself in the process, might as well just remove yourself from the gene pool.

Nice bait, though. I actually bothered to reply.

It’s walking pneumonia. I’m only missing a single day of work and have only been prescribed one dose of antibiotics a day for the next 4 days.

It’s not as serious as you think. I’m even going to work tomorrow.

In that case go right ahead and worsen it just to participate in some meme event.
Post results after.

Dude someone else paid for my ticket and it’s a group cosplay

to clarify on
yeah, you can do
and it should be ok-ish, but don't blame me if it ends up worsening your preexisting infection, i.e. do it at your own risk
