look up snake diet, for me short fasts dont work such as 48's i just gain a lot of the fat back when i refeed. so im doing longer my last was 87 and the results were excellent

i hale a little, puberty nips. when i was absolute dyel and leanest they were barely noticeable.

You are decently lean, some people need to build bigger abs before they really pop. Look at doing weighted ab excerises (cable crunch). Lots of people can build thick abs just increasing squat and deadlift. Front squats are also really good

You don't ohp 185 5x5 with a 255 bench. Doubtful you could even do it seated. You MIGHT be able to push press it. You're probably one of those retards that doesn't realize what a strict overhead press actually is.

for a streetfight its probably better to be well rounded since you never know how/when/where the fight's gonna happen. You dont know if youre gonna be up against a boxer or some faggot that rushes you to the ground straight away.

being shmedium in any martial art probably puts you in the 95th percentile of that style of fighting already so its not neccesary to sink a shitton of time into one discipline because the odds youre gonna fight someone of similar skill in that discipline are minimal

You're not gonna be good at a martial art unless you practice like 5 times a week, spar regularly and compete.

As for streetfighting, only very rough mma sparring mma (and you shouldn't do mma unless you've mastered striking/grappling first anyway) and competing can make you somewhat prepared and still it's a totally different mindset. No martial art will prepare you for getting hit in the balls or your eyes gouged out

Sweet that's where I'm coming from basically. Only got to 178, around 23% bf (Dexa) before I hated myself too much. Also was worried about high body fat affecting my mental state. Also really wanted 420 squat and was making the best progress since beginner gains so I hit it and started cutting the day after

Ohp gets exponentially harder the stronger you get. 1 plate ohp is proportional to a 2 plate bench, but 1.5 plate ohp is proportional to a 3 plate bench. If you're ohping 2 plates for one with strict form, you're likely benching over 365 for at least three reps
