Mon: Chest, Bi's
Tues: Back, traps, tris
Weds: Legs
Thurs: Shoulders, calves
Friday: Big 3 + accessory on 1 weak muscle groups
Saturday: Do whatever the fuck I want to get a pump in the mirror and mire myself
Sunday: Day off and fuck your bitch
Routine: At the start, work up to your 1rep max in the 3 big lifts, escalating weight, 15reps/12/10/8/5/3 then a 1rep with 95% (ie. bench), then a single drop down set. Then move onto accessory lifts with more reps.
