It's very relevant. Your muscles would be at their largest and strongest without training if you didn't have any myostatin and had enough food, coupled with a higher testosterone count, that allows gorillas to be larger than humans on 500mg of test(in terms of muscle mass).

We have to train to make the most of our testosterone and get our muscles larger and stronger. Trt has been great but I am a late 30s boomer. If you are thinking about taking gear, I would recommend that you wait until your body struggles to produce sufficient t. If you do not have symptoms of low t don't take it. Trt is life long and shouldn't be taken purely for vanity. Unless you are planning to go pro, it's not worth the impact to your body. It is not a decision that can be made without serious and lifelong implications. I started because I had symptoms e.g feeling like crap/being tired, wondering if it is worth living, low sex drive, etc. Since I started gear, I feel great not like a high or anything but I don't ever question whether I should continue to live. For me, taking gear is worth the consequences but then again, I am on low dose. Choose at your own risk.
