He was, before the drug addiction

He used to be, when I was really young. He was a logger in the northern Maine woods until he blew both his knees out. He had to have major surgeries and got hooked on painkillers. The drug addiction and being out of work for a long time exacerbated preexisting mental health issues he was dealing with, most likely untreated bipolar disorder. He became pretty unstable and abusive towards my mother and sister, so my mom filed for divorce. Nowadays, he's estranged from his entire family, even his father/my grandfather and all his siblings.

Pretty good muscle mass even tough he really does not do much lifting or anything. Huge hands and big wrists and still has hair and he is 64yo. I think he has pretty good test considering his age.

Nah, maybe when he was younger and was a party animal rock musician, but these days he's overweight and spends all his spare time watching the telly and playing vidya, he's a chill fucker though, rarely loses his temper and he could probably outdrink a small village.
