First, find out why you have this inferiority complex. Did your dad tell you that you were shit? Did you grow up getting bullied? You had no friends? Did some girl you like reject you? Write it down. Now figure out how you should've handled it at the time. Your dad was mean, the best thing to have done was to realize your dad is probably a piece of shit, moreso than you, and he was projecting his insecurities onto you. You got bullied, the best option would've been to fight back physically. Join a martial arts gym and learn how to fight, you'll never be bullied again. You grew up friendless, the best thing to do would be to get some real friends now who actually like you. It's not gay to talk to guys at bars and clubs. The martial arts gym I mentioned before would be good to meet other guys. Some girl broke your heart, the best thing would've been to find another girl or girls to take your mind off of her. Watch a few YouTube videos and go out and try to at least have a conversation with a girl that goes well.

Put effort into your appearance. If you're ugly, you're ugly but there are things you can do to appear more attractive. Buy nicer clothes that fit (they don't have to be expensive, everything in my closet excluding shoes are under $50), get a nice haircut, maybe lift weights and run, etc

Work on your personality. Read up on charisma and confidence and attractive personalities. Focus on having fun conversations where you make people smile and laugh and feel good about themselves. You feel better about yourself and more confident when you see somebody react well to something you just said.

Also, stop believing in things like "out of your league". This kind of thinking only perpetuates an inferiority complex. Literally everyone is in your league, it's only a matter if they like you or not. The first thing you should understand is that women are not visual as men. Women are attracted to your soul, and that should have a firm ego to back the content of your soul.
