Why does Jow Forums need powder to get their daily protein goal? Are you guys just too fucking lazy or stupid to cook yourself some meals every day? Imagine being such a peasant that you need to consume powder to survive lmao. Pic related, I get 200g of protein from food, mostly from animal sources, without even trying. Today I am eating a 4 egg cheese omelette, three chicken thighs, a filet of rainbow trout and some coconut shrimp that I battered myself. What's your excuse?

because it's convenient and allows me to get other macros/micros in, i'll throw in some spinach, hemp seed, oats, banana, blue berry's, desiccated coconut, just whatever to make it taste good and match with the whey flavor i'm using

I made my goals more strict. I set it to 25mg as my daily minimum so I'm actually getting 15mg today from food. Plus I supplement 25mg on days I don't eat beef or oysters so I'm getting the absolute maximum of 40mg

There's no nutrition in it. Meat helps build muscle with protein and a combination of many other nutrients. Straight protein is useless, that's only one ingredient to building muscle

I work 9 hours a day and commute another hour. I still have time to cook two meals a day and cook a ton of chicken at the start of the week for my lunches
