Just eat nigga
are you struggling to get enough protein/calories in a day?
this just eat real food bro, it's not hard to reach your protein goals without whey + you're missing on some crucial micronutrients
I might advise whey for a cut though
Yeah this, it can be useful when cutting to avoid that surplus of calories, but literally just eat more, you don't need whey
Post body
>mfw (((faggot))) shilling for whey
Kek I'm not stripping off at work. But protein powder if you want, I'm just saying it's not needed, you can just eat more
getting enough protein is impossible without whey
breakfast: 250g quark = 30g protein
lunch: chicken + salad = 20g protein
dinner = chicken/stew + rice/salad = 20-30g protein
how the fuck am I supposed to get 2g/kg bodyweight per day just by eating?
Seriously dude? Eat more, 6 eggs for breakfast, 500g some kind of meat for lunch, 500g meat for dinner, with veg obviously
salmon, tuna, milk, eggs, etc etc. If you can't reach your protein goal on a bulk then what the fuck are you even doing
And if you're on a cut like I said whey could be useful
How are you only eating 20g of protein in chicken? That's like 3oz bruh. I eat 10oz of chicken and a potato for lunch and dinner. That alone is around 120 preotons.
>not shilling, just living on a budget.
where i live (USA) this shit sells for 17.99 at my local grocery store.
i buy it every time i go grocery shopping.
I drink one scoop for lunch and one scoop after a gym session.
taste great with: water, milk, and peanut butter.
It is worth buying, I have gotten gains from it. 2 scoops a day and a 900g tub will last you at least 2 weeks. I mix it with milk and I get about 80g protein from the 2 scoops and milk alone.
The pic OP posted is pretty crap stuff. Lots of carbs in the form of sugar, additives, etc. Plus they test poorly for actual protein content. If you can bear it, I'd suggest almost anything else. BSN, musclepharm, muscle tech are all somewhat cheap and go on sale often.
Well shit. Thanks for the heads-up. I'll have to look into those other brands.
Yes, because of convenience. When you're eating a lot of protein, you kinda hit a blandness in it all. I really enjoy canned salmon, but to eat 50g of protein in canned salmon gets pretty monotonous.
You could eat an asston of chicken everyday, or you could eat slightly less chicken and drink a shake.
All aboard the Ass-ton Chicken Express
chew chew
why do you keep making this stupid fucking thread every fucking day. It's protein, if you need more eat it. What the actual fuck cunt
>500g meat for lunch
nigga what
I don't know why you're confused
>muh brotein
jesus christ idiots it's current year
if you're getting enough calories you're getting enough protein
So if i eat 3k cals of bread, I've got enough protein?
It's not fucking rocket science.
How can I eat 2288 kcal/day
Buy a Vitamix and make homemade nut butters. Get creative. For example, dump a bunch of peanuts and chia seeds into the Vitamix and suddenly you have a very healthy Omega 6:3 ratio, calorically dense nut/seed butter.
>142g
Fuck off, manlet. You show me a diet that gets 250g in 3000 kcal and I'll take you seriously.
You don't need 250g of protein you retard.
Get a decent brand then yes.
Not all whey is created equal. Also trying to get 200g+ on a cut can be pretty difficult without a little help. Currently doing 1500cals and 200g protein but it's in no way easy and I will have whey twice a day usually. Find the stuff with very little besides actual whey. Unflavored is cheaper imo.
1g/lb body weight
lol fatass
>not being able to easily eat 500g steaks
you are not going to make it dyel
Yes but you must take 5 SCOOPS PER DRINK
I wish I had a 500g steak rn
Retards will continuously ignore the fact that whey, from non Jewish retailers/websites, is often the cheapest and cost effective source of protein over most meat.
Adult human males weigh 200+, little manlet.
link me some goy whey.
fitnessdealnews.com
book mark and periodically check for good deals
also, check to see if you have any local supplement stores that aren't part of a chain like gnc, they might have some good prices.
All I have in town is a Walmart.
I can see it being useful for cutting or if you're broke and sick of ground beef
1g/lb of LEAN body weight, you idiot.
Sucks, but it is what it is.
Jeff Cavalere's marker here, he only weighs about 180 I believe. Would you call him a manlet?
That's still nearly 200 lbs in my case.
t. 6'4" 275
Adult human males are at least 6 feet and 200 lbs. No exceptions.
Calm down you ugly nigger
Okay, so you got 200g a day. Close to a lb and a half of chicken a day - weight before cooking. That's fine. You'd pretty much break even assuming you're buying chicken at $2 per lb because the equivalent of a baseline protein powder would be about 4 scoops a day (About 3 dollars worth) assuming you're getting 100g from other sources, or 8 scoop if you eat nothing but protein powder for protein.
I really don't get what the point is.
I'm on a cut doing 16/8 IF with most of that 8 being at work, so to hit my macros in that time I need to sip whey. Despite being big I can't easily scarf down a pound of meat at both meals. Off cut would be fine. Just 8 eggs for breakfast instead of 2 midday shakes.
And money is not an issue.
How do you have trouble eating a pound of meat?
I only consistently use whey powder when cutting
when bulking its easy as shit to get all the protein I need thanks to the extra calories
Not him but for me, the point is
>you get really fucking tired of eating meat and eggs every fucking day so cutting half of that shit in favor of 4 scoops a day is great
>to maximize anabolism, you should be pumping your digestive system with protein throughout the entire day, specifically before you go to sleep. Eating 200g of meat for the needed 50g protein is kinda hard and you definitely aren't falling asleep anytime soon, on the other hand, drinking a fast shake with two scoops and nothing else is far lighter
>stacking up 10 kilos of powder on a deal comes out cheaper than just buying the protein equivalent of meat
>its also a great tool for cutting and keto due to low calories and no carbs
No, I mean the point of the discussion. I was just calling him an idiot about eating 275g a day. I really don't have an opinion on this.
>I was just calling him an idiot about eating 275g a day
oh sorry I thought you were talking about powder
yeah, he's retarded. 200 is pushing it
yes of course it's worth it are you kidding? If you're natural, you need all the shortcuts you can take. Take protein powder, take creatine, drink plenty of water, get 8 hours of sleep and try to get between 2500 to 3500 calories on a regular basis.
I can do it easy for the first meal but the second meal in my 8-hour window is harder to eat a lot.
that's what i eat daily, around 2700 kcal
>breakfast
some biscuits, glass of milk, glass of juice
>lunch
166g pasta, 100g canned fish
>dinner
300g meat, 150g cheese, some vegetables
there are 150g of protein in there already, if you need more just add milk or eggs
what if i told you that you are allowed to eat more than 100 grams of chicken for lunch/dinner and more than 250gr of quark for breakfast
