Most importantly: you're a student, doesn't matter which university, you don't have to hang with people of your course (CS? Yeah, been there). There are probably tons of open parties for students, I don't know about your country but in mine you have a lot of clubs with priority line for students.
So go to parties, talk to everyone, I mean EVERYONE you can, you'll get rejected, you'll get numbers, eventually you'll fuck, it's basic statistics, you just have to maximize the number of interactions and it'll happen sooner than your think.
Keep it cool, stay clean, don't drink too much, breath, look at them as human beings, be genuinely interested in whatever they have to say, actually listen and don't just wait for your turn to talk, smile but not too much, don't beg for validation, you'll be fine, you're free to fail, most of these people will forget about you before the end of uni.

I can really appreciate the sentiment of purity that motivates your aversion to asking for sex. It is most likely fueled by the sex centered modern society that we know today. You realize something is wrong with this and that's something most people don't even manage to do, much less reject their base desires based on this knowledge. You're going too far to the other side however.
There is nothing wrong with sex. Humans enjoy it, and there is a reason it is one of our base desires. The sex modern society focuses on is a corrupted version though. The reason the modern man craves sex is for quick pleasure. Sex can provide this, but it should not be the main goal. Sex should be between a man and a woman who are in love. They should be 'soulmates' as people would call it. Anything else is of lower value and should be avoided. In order to find your soulmate you will have to talk to women and ask them out though. This is not a bad thing, as long as you are not going out to fuck someone who you don't consider sharing your life with.
It's kind of hard explaining what I mean, but I hope it's somewhat understandable at least.
