Is it possible to be severely limited by your genetics in terms of how much muscle you can gain? I've been lifting for years and am still DYEL

Eat moar.
everything is possible through modern medicine with enough money
>kardashians are considered beautiful
Whenever I bulked in the past (and right now, I'm currently bulking) I always ate enough to gain a lb a week
not enough
If you’re eating enough and aren’t growing, then go check your test level. You won’t grow at all if your test is low
elaborate?
Fuck off feeder/tranny enabler/whatever you are.
kek will health insurance cover this
maybe your body can adapt to stress a lot better. Meaning maybe your cells do not require more "parts" to be able to go back and overcome the stress. I am implying that your potential would be huge if you stayed small but somehow got stronger at the same rate as someone who is bulking
Is such a thing even possible?
what? staying small and being ridiculously strong? yes, of course. Just look at any olympic weightlifter and compare them to powerlifters
But olympic weightlifters are big, just not compared to bodybuilders. They have a lot of muscle mass.
I think I'm pretty high test and my muscles are pretty big for my strength levels but it's hard to compare because all the strong guys at my gym are fat or they're much stronger than me
This.
Or you dont lift hard enough at the gym
fug so you can just have genetics where you can gain strength without gaining size
How do you know if you're lifting hard enough? I mean I think I'm trying hard. I frequently go to failure.
yeah but once again, you have huge potential. Gaining size can be done with or without working out. If done with working out, your potential to increase strength would be larger than if you decided to stay small
isn't the same as he has a huge chest
his chest is well defined yes but the amount he is benching at the bodyweight is ridiculous. He doesn't look like someone who could bench 410lbs
Obviously, yes, same way some people are limited in height, intelligence, melanin level, etc
That is honestly incredible
>Gaining size can be done with or without working out
pls answer
more than genetic, your problem may be hormonal
is there anything wrong with this statement? You can become a fatass, a fatass that is strong, or someone that looks strong
True. I assumed by 'size' you meant 'muscle'. You could just eat a lot and get fat if you wanted to.
Just get on some bro-split.
*bro-split with sterons
I bet your diet consists of pizza and dicks and you don't count calories
I always count calories so I can gain a lb a week and I always get 1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight
You'll never know till you go get yourself tested, just for shits and giggled go get one done it'll at least figure out one of your mysteries.
his chest is massive
if he would squat and deadlift he would weigh much more
this guy does something like bench and pullups only
go for hypertrophy, not strength. it means 8-12 reps should be your max. So adjust your weight to not be able to do more than 8-12 reps. Do 3 to 5 sets.
