It's getting ridiculous at this point...

It's getting ridiculous at this point. Can we all agree once and for all that this is unironically the cheapest and most nutritious food you can get??

what's nutritious about pink slime and bleached flour?

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

Beans and rice are still cheaper. Buy it by the pound and learn how to cook

Making it

>unironically living like an Ethiopian
Not making it.

Best cheap, quick, and easy bulking food. If I'm in a rush I'll run to mcdonalds and grab 2-3 mcdoubles. High in cholesterol but fuck it, it's cheap calories and it tastes good.

Not cheaper than Tuna, rice and avocado

>McDongle costs more than real food in Europe.
A-am I gonna make it bros?

>lots of saturated fat, sodium and protein
udder perfection

they make my shits too dry and flaky

Why u making bait posts OP

I can only eat mcdonalds every once in a while.
The same bland flavor is palatable only once a season.

You need to fucking kill yourself. Do you know what ironic means? Because clearly you dont know what unironic means. Jesus fucking christ there is no more of an obcious tell that you are brain dead and just bandwagon what everyone else does than saying unironic

3 bacon mcdoubles, throw out the bun and stack em up.

nice meal. sucks about the shitty bacon though. i heard they used microwave shit because the mudslimes complained.

Japan has the quad cheese right now. It drips like a squaw in heat.

Im just curious if the beef is quality enough for the protein to be valueable enough to eat

>nutritious

No

Idk why but I simply cannot get satiated with this stuff. No matter how much I eat 1-2 hours later im hungry again. Still eat it sometimes but as a novelty/fun not to have an actual meal.

It’s also the worst in sodium and possible additives

Agreed

Rather live like an Ethiopian than the average overweight diabetic american

McDoubles are for winners, m8.

these cost like 5 dollars in australia

McGangBang, buddy. Two coupons from the app get you a McChicken and a McDouble+coke. Stuff McChicken inbetween two patties of McDouble, eat that abomination, wash it down with the coke.
728 calories, 49 g of protons, 81g of carbs out of that 21.4g of sugars, 23 g of fat.
You know what? Just stick with McDoubles, chicken is worse.

Less than $2 for one+coke, 12 g of protein. Not bad. At some point I really want to sneak into a closed McDonalds and steal a few hundred patties.

>dirt cheap
>great macros
Am I the only one who uses this stuff to bulk? The flavor is a bit rough at first, but if you soak it and put some hot sauce on it, its not too bad.

that's pretty bad, considering that almost half its protein is coming from wheat

>almost half its protein is coming from whea

(((citation needed)))

they cost almost 5 dollaronis here in shitzerland

no thanks. magerquark + rice and you get like 100g protein and carbs for the day for less than 2 dollaronis

Still, not a bad after-work snack. Not for every day, but occasionally.
Although all KFCs in my city are now running a promotion, $1.5 for 5 strips or wings, so I've been getting that instead.

What about meat though?

meat is expensive

myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/mcdonalds-small-hamburger-bun-550798787
the smallest buns have 5g protein each, so 10g protein on a mcdouble is coming from bread alone, that's almost half its protein content.
Do you know the protein content of 200g of whole wheat bread? it's around 25g, virtually the same protein content of a mcdouble, at 1/20th of the price.

myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/hamburger-patty-only-726144001?search=Mcdonald's patty
Looks like according to the same website patties have 7g of protons each and there are 2 of them. 7+7+ your 10 makes it 24, twice the stated amount. Someone's lying and I don't think it's McDonalds official nutritional value list, they're liable for that shit.

Just wondering, how much does 1kg (or 2 pounds or so) of boneless chicken breast cost in the US? What about in assorted European countries?

I don't know what you're getting at but yeah a mcdouble has between 20 and 30g of protein, I saw the "12g" figure but I assumed you just made a simple mistake typing it, because indeed a mcdouble has around 25g protein, and almost half its protein comes from the bread.

$4-ish in Eastern Europe.

That's because I'm retarded and was looking in the column 'per 100g' instead of 'per portion'. Mornings are hard.

Oh yeah, that would explain it.

>shitty carbs
>shitty "cheese"
>shitty meat
>shitty grease/oil
Heh. Just eat ground beef.

>they stopped doing mcdoubles and instead only do double cheese burgers for $5.75
Fuck being an Australian.

This nigga McMad lmaoooo [police sirens]

When Im hungry and cant be fucked to cook something, I could do a lot worse than buying 3 mayo chickens for £3. there are foods that are better for you and there are foods that have better macros and nutritional value for the same price, but convenience is a factor - I can get maccas on the go basically anywhere so that's a good factor.

chicken tastes better, but mcdouble has better macros for the price

pb&j is the cheapest bulking food

nah man, gotta have a cheat day sometime. One meal won't ruin the journey, and if it is truly as limited in frequency and what you eat you say your body will be fine

Did I just travel through time, or did I see this comment before?

I would unironically love to hang out with you at MacDonalds. They would call us the 3-for-free brothers and we'd high five (actually only using three fingers haha) and we'd have a great time shooting the breeze and talking about the silly things our girlfriends do. It would be so comfy.

>childhood memories of eating fries after school with mom
You made me smile, user.

It's pasta, bro.

based. leaving in 15 mins for a 4 hour shift, get home at midnight, and ima get some mcdoubles on way back

NO, it's NOT.

You guys need to LEARN to cook basic foods. Seriously how goddamned hard is it to fry up a chunk of hamburger meat?

>nutritious

Mcdoubles and cheesy bean and rice burritos from taco bell are fucking fantastic bulk foods
