Can a novice start with this split or should I do something like Greyskull for awhile?

Depends how many times a week you train.

If you're a novice a full-body 3x a week will kickstart nice gains.

But as long as you're hitting each muscle at least 2 times a week, it'll be okay.

Before posting the link here some explanation at first:

These folders are not really sorted.
They may contain garbage stuff.
It is just a raw dump from a collection of nearly 8 years.
The longer goal is to compile the useful input, bring screencap into text and create a sort of archive on the useful stuff.


I have like double the files to these topics.
The issue is that it is merged with files related to politics, understanding how the world function.
Some "redpill" stuff and Jow Forums-ish topics. (even way more files)
These file I have to sort at first to have them separated.
Understanding politics, banks, finance, war is good to know but for now I left that aside.

My Jow Forums folder also needs some sorting first.
There is some great stuff, will at that one tomorrow.

Game_Females -> mostly information on women, some explanation and truth pills so you won't hate them but more to understand them

I will update that mega dump over the next year and will post it in the /sig/ threads.

Some of the compilations in the nofap folder feature other images also in the folder

That compilation files was done by a different user, I just saved it.
I will go through every single one and sort it to how helpful it is and even may bring a good screencap to text.

I also added now a history.txt file to mega for the current and the next future change so you know what and when there will be an update.

Will also add my trip fpr future reference once I created one.
