I have genetic high blood pressure and hypertension, I am more susceptible to altitude sickness because of this, I feel the affects of altitude sickness at around 5000 feet which is below normal levels of what a human should be able to withstand , blood pressure kills

Where can I get exposed to the most D?

Are his running tips legit? I'm using him to train for a half

I have but I've still never see tiddy water holders before

That looks like Boulder...Bear Peak?

I live in Jeff Co so usually go hiking around there, Douglas and El Paso counties have some good ones too.

go hiking around the Springs, the anti-Boulder.

OP's mom's bedroom.

One of the only "non-conventional" sexual things my wife and I do is that we like to fuck on hikes. Being in the wilderness, miles away from any other person, and having sex under the open sky is really a hell of an experience. Plus it's a safe way to feel risk, I guess, so it tends to spice things up for a long time after the event itself. She's got an IUD so finishing inside is no problem.

Sounds Irish. Looks Irish.

based and salty tiered.

bring a shooter of tequila, take a swig and good down on her after a long hike. it's like a high T margarita.

this is all i wanna do if i ever get a gf. i've climbed some easy mountains near me and hiked some historic trails. it's really the only time im at peace but i feel strange going alone

a noble goal.

>Not preferring to hike alone or with your male friends

Never gonna make it

I live in Western Washington and it is a hiking paradise. I started a couple years ago and it is one of my favorite ways to workout. My mind gets into this really creative, serene zone as well. There's nothing quite like reaching whatever viewpoint or elevation goal. It's awesome.

im probably going to stay on the east coast for a while but i would love to retire in the northwest. the scenery is just beautiful

No doubt. There are a so many gigantic parks and forests. I'm dying for it to be spring so I can go hiking again. I need that good 3 hour sweat up and down the mountain.

Just a friendly reminder
All hiking couples are fucking in the outdoors and they are only hiking to find a secret spot to have sex

To be fair, the outdoors is like the ultimate aphrodisiac. Your sex drives goes through the roof and you can scream as loud as you want.

Women suck. I'm getting a dog.

that guys youtube channel is full of good running tips

Lynnwood here, I’m fat but dropping the weight and would really like to go camping and hiking this summer. Any recs?

Last hike I went on was 30 k through hilly terrain currently got my plate full with HM training gotta see if I can't shift bone of my long runs around to go for a hike soon.

There's a steam training nearby that will be running weekends starting at the end of my I'll go for a day hike and take the steam train back. It's really nice hiking country to there are even some nice caves with stalagmites and the region has a lot of medeviel forts Wich I assume Americans would call castles since they don't seem to differentiate between structures that wear mostly built for defense and structures that serve more to impress.

When I go hiking I usually take spelt crackers a 100g pack has about 400 calories and I can hike a whole day of that last time no backed oatmeal bars they where tasty and honey in them they bare the same bars I make before a hm.
I also take an electrolyte drink since I tend to sweat real salty and if I do t replace the salt I lose I tend to feel pretty bad after running I tend to be covered in a visible layer of salt.

I once was in the highlands but it was a school trip and we where on a bus so there was no hiking the countryside impressed me a lot and I've been wanting to go back to hike it looks like this year I'll have both a good job so I can afford it and enough free time to go I had both in the past but I was younger back then and went to festivals instead.

I don't really get hiking in large groups but in spring I'm talking my brother and my sister hiking past a small catderal Wich btw has a good brewery right next to it up a mountain I hope they like it and go hiking on their own after.

Attached is a image from my last hike I think the rock might be part of an old Celtic Wall we have those here and it fits the description plus the trail is marked with points of Interest concerning the Celts bit I'm not totally sure

There are two places I trained before going on my first mountain hike. Go to Meadowdale Beach Park. It's easy going down to the water, but tough coming back up to the parking lot.

Then go to St. Edwards Park in Kirkland. That one requires the parks pass. It's worth the money, don't pay each time you go. It also goes down first then back up to finish. It has multiple trails and the southernmost is the most difficult.

Both of these only have a 400ft grade change at most, but as a fattie, it will work you. It did to me when I started. I a mix of them 2-4 times a week and some other trails.before actual mountain hiking and it made that much more doable. I also just walked random streets every day I didn't hike.

Is this Elliot Rodger’s brother?

Either way, thread reported.

>most hills around are covered with trees, with one relatively unknown being bare
>6 hour steep hike to get there with gf, heavy bags, pretty damn good cardio, didn't meet a soul
>light a fire at the top and set up sleeping bags
>make sausages with onion and toast, drink some beers
>bend her over a tree stump and fuck her while enjoying miles of the country ahead, cum inside
>lay down and watch the stars in crystal clear sky with no light pollution and talk until we fall asleep

it was a great day, went down a different way which had an amazingly refreshing stream and ate wild strawberries and raspberries
shit's great

Meow. Nothing personal, kid.

Always wanted to try hiking but any trip that has an overnight stay requires gear which is too expensive for my NEET ass.
