Need something new for variation. Any good resourches on how to get into balancing gymnastics/calisthenics?
Thinking stuff like planches, handstands, V-sit etc.

The most important aspect of balancing is practice. If you got the strength you just need to keep trying.
The planChe and vsit are strength not balancing

Fairly sure that pose is completely fake. Nothing to do with strength but the fact if you were in the shape your legs would fall down due to basic physics.
That's all core strength, and it isn't fake
Get Building the Gymnastic Body: The Science of Gymnastics Strength Training by Christopher Sommer on libgen. It has progressions from total noob to the most difficult.
t. High school dropout
Not fake user, but it is insanely difficult.

are there any grownup sized men that can do this?
Just google or search YT and see for yourself.

Fucking retard
DRUMPFIES BTFO
Thank you. Downloading now. This seems good.
Keep em coming if you got more.
Also just look up a move +progression on Google. It'll take you to se gymnastics website
Ex. Front lever progression
He's helping his core out a lot with his elbows. Still impressive but not as difficult as OP image
how can rightwingers ever recover?
That pose is completely different to the open planche in the first picture. The first requires a huge amount of shoulder strength and the other is a tiny bit of balance.
This is not a planche. What Trud-fuck is doing is much easier. His weight isn't supported by strength, but by skeletal structure. Anyone in decent shape can learn to do this hold very quickly. It is like the crane pose in yoga, which looks somewhat impressive but is very easy to do.
Planches and levers take incredible strength and balance, and will take some time and dedicated effort to master.
WRONG
Post a single video of someone doing this and I'll change my mind.
Not the same pose. As well as the fact he is grabbing the table so his hands are not on a flat surface.
correct but you still sound like right-wing cope, sorry
>the shape your legs would fall down due to basic physics
center of mass of the body looks supported, it's situated a bit inside the bellybutton on most people
Fair enough.
Reasons to skip leg day i guess.

Drumpftard cope ITT is classic!
