You should do it if you're cutting, if you're bulking then don't.

Omega 6 (an inflammatory chemical) pools in the fat of animals on a largely grain-based diet, particularly in chicken. If you suffer from acne, irritable bowels or any other inflammation-related problem, its a good idea to avoid omega 6 or at least increase omega 3 to balance it out.

Says the guy eating 500 grams of carb a day.

i just see it as a fuckload of calories. doesn't work on a calorie-restricted diet.

I generally do but to give it to my dog.

You shouldnt

you should cut it off and fry it so its like a crispy af meat chip

Removing chicken skin is like removing the egg yolk ... literally THROWING AWAY the most delicious, nutritious part of the animal. Sad, wasteful, disrespectful. The only people who should maybe avoid it are cutting hambeasts but they have bigger problems to worry about anyway. As long as it’s not literally fried chicken you’re OK.

I eat 300g a day, dick. Just like the FDA's food pyramid says to

You shouldn't.

It doesn't add any calories, but it protects the meat while cooking and let's it come to heat more gradually and holds in juices.

Flavor, and collagen.

oh. i thought the post implied you're also eating the skin.
i need to look into if removing it after cooking adds calories or not. i would still imagine there's some fat leaving the skin during the cooking process gets adsorbed by the meat

>collagen
isnt that like dietary cholesterol? it doesnt increase your collagen
