What the fuck do you eat for breakfast? Everything that tastes good is packed full of sugar and fat

what the fuck do you eat for breakfast? Everything that tastes good is packed full of sugar and fat.
>Be eating weetabix for weeks
>lost weight but got bored of this
>try muesli
>got the sugar free muesli
>it still put my appetite through the roof
I ended up scoffing 3 bowls before I managed to pour the rest of the box into the bin. They fucking lied.

This is what I was having with my weetabix and it was nice but unfortunately I think it was giving me nightmares so I stopped. Maybe I'll try strawberries. Any more suggestions?
Can't be bothered to cook porridge in the morning, tastes terrible without sugar anyway
Skipping breakfast is popular only because it's the easiest meal to skip, pretty sure doing so isn't good for you.
>Honey
No I have to stay clean of all sugar except fruit, you saw what just one bowl of sugary cereal did to my diet.
>Fry in butter
Seems like a lot of saturated fat, why not olive oil?
Yeah possibly I can try eggs, perhaps scrambled.

>fast

>Protein shake
>I don't want to get big
OK, don't add bananas and peanut butter to it, but protein is still important when cutting. You want to lose fat, not muscle.

Based and gothpilled

>pretty sure doing so isn't good for you.
It isn't bad for you either, stop being a fatass.

because butter is delicious

Miso soup and eggs.
Squash paste with sauteed kale/onion mix that I spread on my bread or add to oatmeal.
Avocado and soft boiled eggs with a bit of butter and salt.

Stop eating (((cereal))) dude. The idea that cereal is an ideal breakfast food is a meme. Breakfast isn't even all that important but just start eating eggs the way god intended.

Dickhead I had the sugar just one day today and it wasn't even intentional, box said sugar free
>but protein is still important when cutting. You want to lose fat, not muscle.
Ok fair enough. but I really don't need protein supplements, I can just eat more meat and fish. Supplements are for if you are trying to get big.
I have slowly come to learn this. You're 100% right 90% of cereals are "why the fuck do people fuel with this every morning" tier, A few are okay though like weetabix and shredded wheat but they are way overpriced.

i only drink a yogurt i dont know if thats bad but i just do it

>Supplements are for if you are trying to get big.
No, you need just as much protein when cutting and it's easier to get your protein from food when you are running a calorie surplus. Supplements are most useful for people who aren't eating as much.

strongerbyscience.com/athlete-protein-intake/

>Supplements are for if you are trying to get big.
No you fucking retard, protein shakes are a useful way to get the amount of protein that you need to keep your muscles without adding to many calories.

Eat eggs and bacon, cereral is just carbs.

nothing

Eggs all the way man.

I literally just fry 2 eggs and some chili or ketchup.

Oatmeal nigger

I threw in
-protein powder
-creatine
-honey
-peanut butter
-frozen blueberries

don't even to choke it down, pretty good and very good for you

Eggs are easier and healthier.

Eggs are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. A whole egg contains all the nutrients required to turn a single cell into a baby chicken. A single large boiled egg contains (1):
Vitamin A: 6% of the RDA.
Folate: 5% of the RDA.
Vitamin B5: 7% of the RDA.
Vitamin B12: 9% of the RDA.
Vitamin B2: 15% of the RDA.
Phosphorus: 9% of the RDA.
Selenium: 22% of the RDA.
Eggs also contain decent amounts of Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Calcium and Zinc.
This is coming with 77 calories, 6 grams of protein and 5 grams of healthy fats. Eggs also contain various other trace nutrients that are important for health.

Really... eggs are pretty much the perfect food, they contain a little bit of almost every nutrient we need. If you can get your hands on pastured or Omega-3 enriched eggs, then these are even better

add a few brazil nuts/almonds and pieces of 90% chocolate, perfecto

OP here I'm going to buy eggs and muffins, weetabix and strawberries. So that's 2 choices for breakfast every morning.

Porridge with frozen berries

I eat either 1/2 cup of steel cut oats with a half scoop of protein powder and a tsp of peanut butter, or a half cup of greek yogurt mixed with protein powder and a banana. Either option I choose, I cook two eggs with.

Try this, four boiled eggs, runny, leave in boiling water for about six minutes 6 minutes,, peal and place into a small bowl or cup, nob of butter, salt and pepper and a half a spoon or yellow curry paste, mix with a small spoon, and portion it out on small pissed of bread, creamy tastes nice and very filling

I have coffee and a bagel with cream cheese every morning

healthy and eggpilled

runny eggs make me feel ill. I am going to scramble them and have them with a muffin.

> pic related is my breakfast everyday

Keep in mind I workout from 4am to 630am on an empty stomach and eat this immedialy after. Good luck loser, you might make it.

This. I eat 3 eggs for every breakfast.

post body

No Breakfast for me since I wake up at 12 am.
If this still counts - Usually I eat self-made pizza mostly topped with veggies and a little bit of fatty ingredients.

Nothing. 16:8 IF you nignog

user... breakfast is your first meal of the day when you wake up, it doesn't matter at what hour.

Scoop if whey in milk with some coffee added in as well. Essentially a caffellatte with whey.

On a bulk:
4 eggs with cheese and onion
4 slices of bacon
2 slices of toast with peanut butter
Protein shake

On a cut:
2 eggs with onion, hold the cheese
2 slice of bacon
1 slice of toast with peanut butter
Protein shake

Its the easiest and often tastiest meal of the day

based

>eating some retarded fit shit as a natty
you'll eventually realize that lifting is a nice hobby, but going too serious with your diet is a waste of time

Leave them for eight minutes then, not funny, but still firm, it's a good breakfast or lunch.

This is how I know you’ll never make it buddy. It’s all about diet, 80% is diet. I’m natty and i’ll never look huge af but I can eat least have low body fat and look like an athlete.

stop eating cereal you fucking baby

what is wrong with you, you fat piece of shit? Quit eating fucking cereal and eat eggs jesus christ you worthless sack of shit

Overnight oats with Greek yogurt, honey and frozen berries is delicious. I eat that every morning and I never get sick of it.

If my dad is in the kitchen, he makes me 3 eggs with toasts and ham.
Else a bowl of Nesquik with cereals.
Or I just buy a baguette and some croissants at the bakery on my way to work.
But I always squeeze 2 oranges and 2 clementines.

>oats
>milk
>honey
>banana
>into the blender
>drink it

How in the fuck do people recommend protein shake for breakfast? Drinking calorie got to be the worst thing to do for someone trying to lose weight.

lucky charms and milk with coffee

OP, you honestly sound like you lack self control. Your posts seem devoid of accountability (they liked, I can't be bothered to make that, I got bored) and you seem uninformed about nutrition (protein shake don't make you big)

You should stop and think about the roots of your behavior. Why do you wish to eat so much?

Attached: 1550337290262.jpg (750x745, 79K)

Just off yourself OP. God you sound so fucking gay

R u dumb. A calorie is still a calorie. It doesn't matter what form it comes from. But I agree, liquid calories are bad for fatasses cos they won't feel full.

I'm cutting and I have water+protein powder+egg whites for breakfast and then tea + 1 saltine with peanut butter. Just don't make a gainer shake

I had a siggis yogurt and a mean bean monster energy.

I know the drink has a lot of calories and refined sugars but I don't think I had enough calories yesterday and I'm going to work out more tonight. I've been putting off my 87 pushups from a pushup thread and I'm going to have to space them out throughout the day now.

>Be half the egg
>Have half the eggs protein

Shocked.

That's true, however you're missing a piece of the puzzle. A calorie is a calorie is fine as long as the guy has the discipline of a machine, but he's fat and making excuses, so he doesn't.

Focusing on foods that help blunt hunger (not eliminate cause no foods do that on a diet) makes people more likely to stick to it. Another problem with going with a mostly liquid protein diet is that doesn't develop any habits in the long run.

>>Banana
>This is what I was having with my weetabix and it was nice but unfortunately I think it was giving me nightmares so I stopped.

Who said anything about not having a low bodyfat dumbass? All you have to do is keep your calories in check and you don't need a particularly strict diet to do that.
